This is an impressive, spacious country style Farm house. The property has recently undergone a refurbishment and has been thoroughly modernised to provide a first class holiday rental property.

Traditional Mallorcan stone on the outside , the property represents everything thats attractive about rustic Spain. Solid wooden beams, terracotta roof, tiled flooring, wooden window shutters, spacious private grounds and fantastic vistas across the rolling hills, you couldn’t ask for more.

With six beautiful bedrooms and five bathrooms, its the perfect location for a holiday with family and friends. The main farmhouse has 4 en-suite bedrooms with the facility to accommodate 4 more guests in the 2 bedroom annex which is adjoined to the main house. The guest annex has it’s own kitchen and shared bathroom.

On arriving you will enter through the huge front door into the tiled reception area.

Then on to the main living area which comprises a lovely, spacious lounge; the cosy sofas and lounge chairs providing the perfect place in which to relax and enjoy a little peace and tranquillity.

The fully-fitted kitchen features all the latest appliances and also includes a breakfast bar.

The spacious outside area is no less impressive. You will find a lush front lawn, mature trees and shrubbery, traditional stone walls, and the most fabulous 360-degree views towards the Tramuntana Mountains.

The property prides itself in a large, rectangular private swimming pool 12.5m x 5.5m, with a stepped entrance for easy access. Just perfect for a morning dip before the temperature rises.

Outside there is a BBQ area which is ideal for a spot of al fresco dining and enjoying a sundowner or two.

Even though the property offers the perfect place to enjoy peace, tranquillity and privacy on your holiday, you are just a few miles away by car (or bicycle) from the lovely town of Manacor where you’ll find some fabulous restaurants, bars and boutiques.

And to top it all, the sea is just a short drive away where you can cool off in the crystal clear Mediterranean waters and enjoy the fantastic beaches
