Our villa is a fantastic 3 bedroomed 3 bathroomed detached property conveniently located to the airport, amenities, bars, restaurants and beach! With its own private pool and terrace as well as a secure gated private garden, it is ideal for sun bathing and al fresco dining.

We have just moved to homeaway from another rental website so now have no reviews however we had 35 Five Star reviews and we have many returning guests. The villa is situated in the Los Narejos area of Los Alcazares on the Costa Calida coast of South Eastern Spain, which is less than 5 minutes from Murcia (San Javier) Airport

It is ideally situated for your holiday as it is a 5 minute walk to a whole range of bars and restaurants and another 5 minute walk to the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor.

The villa has 3 bedrooms which are air-conditioned and a large veranda overlooking the private swimming pool. 3 Bathrooms. Private, secure gated mature garden is complete with an ornate Barbecue for Al Fresco dining.
