Stayed Sep 12, 2025Great villa, with a fabulous view just a short walk into Foki bay and about 30 mins walk to Fiskardo. Very quiet and peaceful during the day perfect for the occasional lazy day going nowhere. Parking is fine, as long as you rent a small car!

Stayed Jul 30, 2025Lovely, simple stone villaThere are great views from the pool terrace and bedroomsThe pool is 3m x 7m. A great size for playing ball games with my 12 year old. It's shaded in the later afternoon which was a blessing in August! Take your own inflatables etcParalia Foki is 20 mins walk downhill, and Fiskardo about 20 minutes more. Fiskardo is very beautiful, with nice food, and some very expensive yachts. Try the amazing choice of ice cream at DodoniThe cleaning lady pops in every few days. The hot water kept tripping, so I had to call the property manager, who sent a really nice chap who fixed it and also came back later again that day to check it was all finePop over to Alaties for the sunsetA few things:The depth of the pool is 1m sloping to 1.6mThere is no pool-table - (shown in one of the pictures but isn't in the listing information)The local beaches are beautiful but mainly either large pebbles or hard, so not always the most comfortable. You will need beach shoes. There are often flat rocks on the side (eg Emplisi), or trees for hammocks (esp Kimilia)There are sea turtles in ArgostoliThere's a good greengrocer at the top of the hill. The local mini supermarkets are expensive. Argostoli has a Lidl and a Kritikos but is 1 hour awayThere is a parking space below the terrace up the short steep access road suitable for a short car. Our Fiat Panda was fine - and you really wouldn't want anything bigger on the Kefalonian roads anyway

Stayed Sep 25, 2024Villa was superb , But sadly we had to park 200 yards away on the side of the road as the road up to the Villa garage was abysmal and we thought we’d lost the sump on our hire car . And I don’t think the Villa should state that there are 2 shower rooms as the downstairs one was a small toilet with a shower at really low level . Other that that excellent. We walked into Fiskardo a few times ( about 30-35 minutes but got a taxi back as it was mainly uphill [€8 ] But basically top notch all round

Stayed Aug 24, 2024Loved this villa with a great pool and terrace. Great locations, quiet, ideal for exploring north of island. Unfortunately some points made it not quite perfect. We didn’t class this as two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is a downstairs toilet with a shower attachment, under the stairs. Unusable as the water would have run out into the lounge. Would be better to remove shower attachment as this makes using the toilet a very awkward. This meant four adults sharing one bathroom, not great. Kitchen is in need of a complete refurbishment, very old and tired. Sink had a leak, so we put a bowl underneath a pipe that hadn’t been capped off. Parking, big issue. The parking space is up a very steep incline and only big enough for a very small car. Please don’t park at the bottom of the hill at the side of the villa. It belongs to a neighbour, who we appreciate must be fed up of tourist parking in her space, but we got the full lash of her tongue. My husband suggested put a sign up, as how are we supposed to know and that inflamed the situation. Thank goodness a lovely Greek man let us park on his land for the whole of our two week stay. Bedroom furniture was poor quality, past its use by date. Wardrobes at collapsing point. One bedroom no chest of drawers. Beautiful villa, wouldn’t take much to get it perfect as it has good bones. Would we stay again, yes but maybe just two of us next time, simply because of the bathroom situation.

Stayed Aug 6, 2024The villa is in a great location. Only 5 mins drive to beutiful Fiscado and amaizing beaches. Fiscado has easy parking, good restaurants, bars and bespoke shops. The town is not to big or busy but big enough to keep you entertained for a week and has plenty of greek character and sophistication. The villa was very nice , quiet area, the only down point was the down stairs shower is not a proper shower, it is obove the toilet. Apart from that it was a great holiday highly recomended

Stayed Jul 27, 2024We had a lovely stay at Villa Jasmine, the views across the bay are beautiful, the beds are comfy, the kitchen is well supplied with utensils, dishwasher etc. We only had the AC on in the bedrooms at night and this worked well for us. There is a good area of shade with a table and the pool is enough to swim and cool down. There is plenty to do nearby. It is possible to walk to Foki beach, but it was too hot when we were there, however, it was only a 5 minute drive. The cave in the bay is interesting to swim to and there was some nice snorkelling. There are great restaurants nearby that we drove to and several other beaches to visit. Supermarkets 5 mins drive at the top of the hill in Maggianos and in Fiscardo, with time for a coffee in the harbour! Communication with Bob was excellent, very responsive and helpful. We hired a car through him and it was very straightforward collecting and drop off.
