Family villa with sea views in La Cala

The villa was lovely just perfect for us and the host was easy to communicate with. The pool could have done with a midweek clean as was very murky! I understand there is to be a new bed on the ground floor which is needed as this one was a little uncomfortable. Will definitely book again if we go to that area on another holiday.

Just got home after staying at the villa for a week. The villa is absolutely fantastic located ar the end of a quiet street/cul de sac. We were met by Ivan on arrival who was very friendly and thorough with his overview of the facilities. Its approximately 30 mins from Malaga airport by car and it is a fairly straightforward drive with the villa just off the A7. It is possible to hear the traffic from the villa but it is a distant murmur with the odd ambulance siren rather than full on traffic noise and you only hear it in the outside areas. The villa is fully equipped for a brilliant holiday. It is spotlessly clean and well decorated with the added bonus of a bar, with fridge, beside the pool. Its only a short walk to Lidl supermarket and an even shorter walk to restaurants, bars and takeaways. The nearest beach is a 10 minute walk and the centre of Mijas about 20 minute walk from the villa. You can get there slightly quicker but the stroll along the seafront is worth the extra minutes and it is flat and easy for all ages with no main roads to cross.A couple of observations i would add is that the villa does have quite a few steps and is not really suitable for the elderly or disabled. The pool is wonderful but doesn’t have a toddler pool with the shallow end too deep for very young children. (There are lots of floats available)Other than that it is a wonderful place to stay. I will definitely miss my morning coffee on the upper terrace overlooking the town and the bay!

This was our second visit to the villa, we enjoyed it very much again. The villa is well equipped and a super size for all the family. The company are so helpful and meet you at the villa at the start of your holiday. Definitely a great place to enjoy a lovely relaxing holiday Maybe you should have advised us that there was a villa being built next door was pretty noisy from sometimes before 8.00 am all day. So we were aware of it

The Villa was very nice, the location and views were lovely. We apprwciated the pool that was bigger than expected. Communication with Yulia was excellent. Minor problems were solved immediately.

A very nice property, Host very helpful, plenty of restaurants close by. Bus access available. A very pleasant stay.

The villa is perfect! We had two fantastic weeks. The villa is spacious (with three bedrooms and bathrooms everyone has it's privacy). The villa is also very clean. When we arrived there were some drinks in the fridge, very nice (we arrived at night) Ivan, Ilya and Yulia are gratis and help you whenever you neede help. Thanks! The pool is lovely. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to come back next year! We already informed Seaview about this, but it didn't affect our stay!

A beautiful villa in a great location near sea and bars/restaurants...local Lidl just 5 mins walk. However, major building works next door with large crane on vacant plot of land...a new villa is being built...and noise detracted somewhat from our experience...suspect work for at least 3-6 months from June 2024. Also very steep and very narrow driveway for parking cars off road...suggest park in street...and/or make sure your wing mirrors are retracted!!!!!

The level of service was excellent from the start of the booking with Yulia. She also arranged our airport pick up, which was also excellent the driver was so pleasant and helpful. We were met at the villa by Ivan who gave us a tour of where and how to use all household appliances tv etc. The villa was very spacious and we all enjoyed having the pool, there was every pool toys/equipment which went down well with our family. The villa was like a home from home every appliance you would need. There was also a starter pack on arrival. We all had an amazing holiday including our 9 month old granddaughter. We will definitely be back and have also recommended to friends already.

Great villa with everything you could want on the doorstep will definitely be trying to re-book

Lovely villa, great location for exploring the Costa deal sol. La Cala is a great place. Was perfect for our family holiday.
