Stayed Dec 31, 1969Gotta thank Kyle and his team. The space was a perfect little place for me. Clean, great couches that fold into probably the best pull put bed ive ever slept on. Stayed Dec 31, 1969The room was comfortable, well-appointed, and clean. The amenities on the property (restaurants and whatnot) were also quite nice. However, maintenance seems to be something of an issue: * It wasn't possible to get a hot shower. Morning, evening, or middle of the night, the water temperature varied and never got above what we considered warm. * The bearings are failing on the jacuzzi tub pump. It still pushes water around, but the motor makes so much noise that it is unusable. * The maintenance crew needs to think about guest comfort. At 22:30 on Sunday night we heard a loud banging and on investigate found a maintenance worker installing a new lock into the door of a unit across the hall with a hammer and chisel. To his credit, he apologized and stopped, but this is the first time I've ever hear loud maintenance work on a Sunday night.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The properties are nicely architected and built. That's where the nice experience ends. The villa, which is more of a condo, was very smelly upon entering at check-in and dirty - the middle of the room was cleaned with the dirt around, dirt and hair in the drawers, et cetera. The WiFi signal is very poor, making it impossible to use mobile over WiFi (and the mobile signal is not sufficient to have a phone conversation out of the villa). A text message inquiry to the property manager about WiFi went unanswered.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room, it was perfect for us and two children. We would love to stay in Villa 1058 every time we come to the Zermatt! We really liked the two pull out sofa beds, as well as the King bed and jetted tub in the master suite. We used the full kitchen to prepare all our meals which allowed us to have quality family time together. I would have liked it better if the doors to the master suite and the master bathroom had locks on them, but really that is such a small thing compared to all the great things this Villa had to offer our family.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969upon arrival we were all totally happy with the room and ease of being able to go directly to our room. around bed time we decided that the house keeping was lacking though. crumbs and nut shells found in bedding of a pull out bed that hadn't been changed since who knows when. the microwave vent had been broke off prior to our visit and just set on so it fell when we opened the door to it. however the pool and spa were fantastic. parking was a bit hard to find with piles of snow blocking a third of the lots. the location was great and easy to get around to nearby stores and attractions. overall id give this visit a 3.5 - 4 stars out of 5. Pretty Good weekend! plus the price is pretty good.
