The resort had all we could hope for children, teens, and adults. The host and management company were both kind and responsive. Highly recommend!

Stayed Feb 15, 2025Our family enjoyed the property and the community. It was an easy walk to the pool and water park area. We were near the oasis pool, the grandkids loved it.

Stayed Feb 3, 2025Two families stayed here, each with 3 kids. This place was big enough for all 10 of us and more. Not once did we feel like we were stepping on each others toes. The pool was used and warm every day. Hot tub was great at night for adults to unwind. When our flight was delayed and we had a longer wait to leave Orlando, Sabin allowed us to check out later. Very accommodating. Would highly recommend!!

Stayed Nov 27, 2024The home was mostly ok and true to the listing. My biggest complaint was the roof rat feces on the outdoor patio all along the house. And this wasn’t just from 1-2 nights. This had been there for quite a while. The screen in the backyard has several large rat size holes that have been chewed through. The host was quick to respond to this. Originally she said it was from lizards, which was laughable, as I live in Orlando and have had first hand experience with this issue. She did send a cleaning crew the next day, which was appreciated, but at the same time, it should have been cleaned prior to our visit. It was absolutely disgusting trying to navigate the patio without stepping in it, especially with 3 toddlers. The house obviously needs treated for this, as washing away the feces is not really a fitting solution. The traffic getting into Champions Gate at the guest gate is a nightmare. Granted we came on Thanksgiving week, but it was 30+ minutes waiting in line just to get into the neighborhood. Parking in the neighborhood is bad. The driveway only allows for 2 cars and there is supposed to be no street parking. The street the house is on had 15+ cars on the street every day. One night we were woken up at 12am by a firetruck blaring its horn multiple times to wake everyone up and have them move their cars as they couldn’t get thru the street to the emergency. Outside of all this, our family enjoyed the time together, but I probably wouldn’t return.

Stayed Nov 8, 2024Overall I would highly recommend this property. Lots of room, comfortable beds including 3 Kingsized. Well appointed ,especially the kitchen. Clean with only one minor issue. Very close to the pool area, lazy river etc. Minor annoyance of not being able to bring a water bottle to the pool area. (It’s hot in Florida and buying theirs can get expensive..) Host was very responsive., quick.. Minor issue of door lock was addressed right away. Very willing to help and accommodate. Don’t hesitate to reach out when necessary. AC settings were programmed to 75 which was too warm and manual adjustments lower would only last three hours. ( I didn’t know how to make the setting permanent, although I’m sure the host could do that for you.) I definitely would consider renting again, especially if you have a large family. Plenty of space/bedrooms/beds.

Stayed Jun 17, 2024This home was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our group of 10 people. The owner accommodated our request for an early check-in, which was so helpful. We had a small maintenance request and it was addressed immediately, and the owner was very responsive to a couple of questions we had. Champions Gate is a lovely location, very family-friendly. The Oasis club was great. We walked through but honestly didn't have time to use it, since we were so busy at the Disney parks and enjoying the private pool at this property! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it for any large family/friends group.

Stayed May 7, 2024Our entire party was very pleased with our accommodations, the easy access to the Oasis Club, and the prompt response to any inquiries. If the opportunity presents, we would certainly return. We would remind you of the two minor issues which we previously discussed. These were pool lights and the water intermitently leakin from the freezer.
