On the bay of Morgat and the gardens of the Grand Hôtel de la Mer, this house has large openings to the south. Located 30 meters from the beach, the 170 m2 house is close to direct access to the beach by a staircase. The Villa has a closed garage and proximity to all the shops in Morgat.
You can drop off your car and enjoy the seaside resort and all of its services on foot (sailing, diving, surfing, windsurfing, hiking, shopping, entertainment, etc.).
Fully equipped, the garden level is composed of a large living / dining room, a kitchen. A first bedroom (3 single beds) on the ground floor and 4 other double bedrooms upstairs. There are two bathrooms with separate toilets, and a very large double garage inside where you can install the ping pong table.

Everywhere were things from owner (in chest of drawers, bedside tables), albums with photos of old wedding, of small children from the beginning of the last century or early. So, not exactly what we need in house where you have planned to spend a holiday. We have felt a strange ourself between foreign things. Good and useful thing was garage under the house for us. You can park here 2 cars and not afraid raining wether.
