Family Friendly Villa with Private Pool and Games Room Close to Disney

Second time staying…great house and host!

The villa is located around 20 minutes drive from Disney and 40 minutes drive from universal depending on traffic. It is located on an estate which is very safe and secure and well kept. The nearest publix supermarket is a five minute drive away next to a Burger King and bars and restaurants around a 10 minute drive away. It would be good to have a welcome pack on arrival which provides some detailed information on the local area.The villa itself was extremely clean on our arrival with plenty of spare bed linen and towels provided. The facilities such as the washer and dryer are excellent and the kitchen has plenty of glasses, crockery and utensils. Some cleaning products and bin bags would have been useful to have been supplied.Bedrooms are all a good size with plenty of storage space and the beds are comfortable. It would be useful to have a hairdryer supplied in all bathrooms. The pool is very well maintained and a good size with plenty of furniture on the patio area but could do with some additional lighting for the evenings. The games room is a great feature but very hot as there is no air con in there. Overall we were really happy with this villa as two families sharing as there was plenty of space for everyone. The cleanliness of the villa was excellent which was important to us and the location is good as long as you are happy to drive.

Communication was thorough and response time was swift.

The place was clean and actually as pictured. I won’t take that away from the residence. The TVs were extremely small in the bedrooms. They were smaller than computer monitors.There were no extra paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags or spices. The pool was very cold but might be nice in the summer.It took us more than an hour to get to the parks everyday. So, this might not be the place if you plan on going to the parks at a decent hour.But if you’re looking for a clean, safe place, it would be nice

The house was as stated in the description on VRBO. All the appliances worked. Everything was clean. The adult beds were comfortable. The twin beds are fine for younger kids, but not adults; not comfortable. Traffic and distance was an issue. Everything was 40 minutes away. We had the pool heated during our stay. If not, the pool

Lovely property to stay in near Disney. Very clean and spacious and had all we needed for our stay

We enjoyed the home, the pool and the way it had a conervation area behind the house. We got to watch many different kinds of birds while floating in the pool and sitting on the patio. Only downfall of the trip was the overwhelming traffic that we encountered every time we went anywhere. Our fault. We should have known being that close to Disney Attractions.

Neighborhood was nice and we felt safe in the gated community. Entry to the house was easy with the QR code for the gate and the code for the deadbolt pinpad. The house was clean and there was plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 teens. The kids made use of the pool (we paid to heat it ane glad we did as it was chilly a few days) and games room. Plenty of towels for pool and bathrooms and extra bedding. The kitchen is well equipped wity the essentials. The only negative would be there is no outdoor grill. There is a plug in electric grill that we used and got the job done but was a bit tricky to get the hang of. We would definitely return here again and give the property 5 stars

The house was beautiful and in a nice, quiet area. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property. And owner communication was great, she always replied very quickly.

House layout perfect for large family. Pool perfect for swimming. Host wonderful in replying back each time I had a question. Loved it!
