Clean, beach was a walkable distance, location was perfect

Great location to the beach! The condo has all the basics you need and is within walking distance of shopping and dining. The check in process was very simple and the condo was clean. Would stay again in the future.

Great location with clean property!

We have stayed at many locations on Hilton Head. We intentionally selected this condo based on ease of accessing everything: beach, shopping, dining, and parking.

We had a wonderful stay. Very clean villa, close to everything we needed. Julia, with the management company, was amazing and attentive! We hope to stay here again.

Can’t wait to come back. Ready to move to South Carolina..

The location was great and the condo was clean and well furnished. It was very comfortable and we enjoyed it very much. The pool was smaller and colder than we expected, so we didn’t use it and that was a disappointment.

Great place to stay, very comfortable, quiet and clean. Steps away from the walking /bike trail. Easy walk to the beach. Close to Coligny Plaza with plenty of shops and food options.

The place is really comfortable. Kitchen is full. Both bedrooms have the bathroom in suit. Lots of pillows to pick from. Need to read next time better the instructions to access to the beach. There’s a close entrance if you go to the right when you leave instead of the main one to the left. Shower was really good

We’ve rented condos in Hilton Head for over 20 years. This was one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. It’s easy to get to the beach. There’s only one road to cross but it’s a major road. The stairs are very steep. Going up is no problem, but if you slipped coming down you could get hurt badly. The fitted sheet on the king bed wouldn’t stay on, very frustrating. The pool was too cool to comfortably swim in. I never saw anyone swimming. Surprising for the first week in September. It’s shaded most of the day. South beach is much more crowded than beaches to the north like Folly Field. There are plenty of plates and silverware but they could use some larger pans and perhaps a teakettle to heat water. The bike paths to the north are much easier to navigate. I realize these are random thoughts and some have nothing to do with this particular condo.

This property was in a perfect location! A beautiful walk to Coligny Beach Park, The Sandbox Children’s Museum, and local shops. Approximately a10 minute bike ride to Nectar, our favorite breakfast and lunch spot on the island. Comfortable beds, washer/dryer, balcony, quiet, clean complex, great communication with property manager and management company. 2 or 3 short flights of stairs to reach unit. A flight of stairs in unit to reach bedrooms. Sleeper sofa in living room. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a family weekend getaway. Very clean, easy walk to Coligny Beach (with 4 and 7 year olds), full kitchenette with stove/oven/microwave/big fridge, dedicated parking spot, public playground very close, clean and shady pool. Loved having room (and bath) for the kids and a separate room (and bath) for parents. Would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The place was very clean and great access to the beach! We didn’t have to bring anything but ourselves! We had all the conveniences of home. We would definitely stay here again.

Easy walking distance to beach and dinner and amazingly comfortable mattresses made our vacation at this condo amazing. The proximity to the beach was so close it was easy even for our 8 year old to walk. Every night we enjoyed live music at dinner at a restaurant we could walk to inside Coligney Beach shopping center. It was an easy walk to coffee in the morning too. The mattresses were so comfortable we couldn’t believe we slept better than we do at home. We enjoyed our stay at this condo so much we didn’t want to leave!

Condo was available on time to check-in. Very clean; great location; loved the end unit side window, which added brightness to the interior. Pool area was ok. Not really large enough to handle all renters and homeowners during the 4th of July week. Thank you for an enjoyable Family Vacation.

Property is as depicted - clean, bright and well appointed. 15 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and other amenities. Walls are a bit thin so if you have young kids making noise they will disturb the neighbors. Great communication with the property manager and owners. Overall a great place to stay for a small family who wants to be near Coligny Beach.

Stayed four nights and enjoyed being close enough to walk everywhere including the beach, eating out and shopping. We also had a swimming pool to enjoy. The car stayed parked until we left.
