Family-Friendly 3BR Villa w/ Private Pool, Seminyak

We booked this villa for its location, decor, pool and breakfast inclusion for our family. While the pool was lovely and the location was convenient there was a distinct lack of upkeep and a sense the owners are not prepared to spend the money required to make a stay at this villa worth the high price we paid. The bathrooms are extremely tired, the beds are hard as boards/ we had to pull the mattresses off the outdoor couches and put them on our bed to sleep. The curtains are old and stained, the decor is old. The staff did everything they could to try to help but appeared untrained particularly in regard to our breakfast. We excitedly asked for nasi goreng our first morning and it was fried gluggy white rice with a few tomatoes, no flavour and so disappointing that we ordered avocado toast the other days which was cold each morning. We acknowledge the quite unfriendly (unusual for a Balinese person-we are very fond of the friendliness of Balinese people) chef was trying hard. The in villa treatments were great. I would not stay here again and feel it was not good value for money.

Maintenance is required if you are to ask these prices for this accomodation. Everything is tired and in need of replacing or updating. The place is a health hazard, the bathrooms are disgusting 2 out of 3 of the showers did not work, the lovely staff got one of them working for us along with the waste drain in the shower which was a cesspool of previous tenants hair and soooo ick!!!, the bathrooms were unsanitary and not cleaned once in our 10-day duration. We did not use the kitchen as it was filthy and there wasn't anything to clean with. The soft furnishings are stained and dirty, the dream-catcher is so filthy I think it only holds nightmares. There were cigarette butts in ashtrays - none of us smoke. The pool waterline is black. There were animal droppings everywhere, cupboards coming off hinges, filthy towels on floors and benches. The beds are like concrete, extremely uncomfortable.This is not about the staff, he was lovely but clearly ill-equipped. This is about the people who manage the property, she is not doing her job, the staff can only work with what they have and that is a tired, rundown, sad excuse for a villa - I would suggest spending some of the taken from your guests and refreshing this property and giving it a deep clean. The reality of it doesn't come close to the pictures on your booking site. Luckily the location is excellent so we just went out but we will never be back.

During our recent stay at the villa, we enjoyed some positives but faced several negatives. We were charmed by the cute lizards and appreciated the villa's layout for our group, particularly the outdoor area and pool. The location was convenient for laundry and dining, and we liked the in-villa massage services.However, our experience was marred by issues. The house wasn’t ready when we arrived, the main door felt insecure, and we encountered electrical problems. Communication with the host and housemaid was frustrating as our messages went unanswered for weeks. The airport transfer we arranged only accommodated three people, forcing us to make last-minute changes. We also dealt with a lack of clean towels, slow responses to requests for essentials, and a pool that was smaller and dirtier than advertised.Cleanliness was a major concern, especially in the bathrooms, which had mold and ventilation issues, along with a clogged shower in room 2. The outdoor kitchen attracted pests, and we received dirty sponges for cleaning. Overall, while there were enjoyable aspects, the numerous inconveniences and cleanliness issues detracted significantly from our experience.

The location was great and not so great, near lots of shops and restaurants. There is a great coffee place outside the villa which we enjoyed on almost daily basis. The not so great part of location, right next rice paddy where lizards, dragonfly's, and mosquitoes originated. The house is not well sealed, our bedrooms had all the creatures invading us, and mosquito netting does not help. Also, pool picture is optical illusion. The pool and place is not as big as depicted. I would not be returning to this villa for another stay. The workers at his villa were helpful and great to wprk with buy they could not get rid of the lizards, flies, and mosquitoes due to rice paddy next door. And this is not even the rainy season. But the internet/wifi was great. I could do my work while getting bitten by the mosquitoes.

The Villa is so well decorated & makes you feel so relaxed and away from it all. The location is so central but in a nice quiet area. We would definitely stay here again ?

Enjoyed our time at Coco While Villa. The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating . The daily made to order breakfast were delicious!!

Cocowhite Villa is centrally located, within walking distance or a short taxi journey of the restaurants, boutiques and beach clubs of Seminyak. Great layout around a central pool, with two living areas, a dining area and 3 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. There is an organised airport pick-up included in the price (drop-off is additional cost of IDR250,000). Breakfast cooked every day by housekeeper (choice of Indonesian or continental) is very good. Very quiet neighbourhood.Communication with host is very good.

Communication with management and the staff at the villa were excellent and reliable. The villa was perfect for our family of four plus grandparents. It was the first of three places we stayed in Bali and was a favourite.

Aline and team were wonderful! From the communication before arriving to any questions or requests during our stay, nothing was too much to ask. And what a gorgeous villa, three great sized bedrooms with ensuites for all. Pool was beautiful and I loved the lights around the garden, so beautiful at night. Location was great, close to everything and easy walk to the beach. Once in the villa it was super quiet and the view onto the rice paddy was lovely. We came with our teenage sons, so great for a family but 3 couples could comfortably stay as well. Thanks Aline, Wayan, Made and Tedy, we had a great time.

This property was beautiful and perfect for our party of 5. It is conveniently located near the restaurants, shopping, and a short walk to the beach. Aline, the property manager, was extremely responsive to all of my last minute requests for transportation, massage bookings, etc. Home-cooked Indo breakfast was a wonderful touch and very much enjoyed by our group. Thank you for making our first trip to Bali a memorable one!

The villa is in the perfect spot, close to everything. Wayan and her helper were fabulous and their breakfast were delicious.
