We have all new carpet, tile, paint, kitchen cabinets, countertops, bathroom vanities, etc. Please note: 95% of construction is completed. There are still a few punch-list items yet to be completed that are purely superficial (caulking of baseboards, etc). Both the indoor and outdoor pools are open and fully operational!

Stayed Jul 3, 2025We had an amazing time. It was easy to get to beaches , restaurants, shopping, groceries etc. Was crowded but it was 4th of July so we expected that. Would definitely stay again and suggest this property to others! Thank you again for letting us stay at your place!

Stayed Mar 13, 2025we stayed for 3 days - great property and great hosts. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedroom sizes were great and the bathrooms were all well maintained. The public beach access is walkable- bring a beach buggy:) - But the pools on site are fantastic as well and literally steps away.

Stayed Mar 16, 2025Great place to stay! Location was excellent, very short drive to the beach. The house was wonderful, we especially liked the beach chairs and sand toys. We also loved the indoor pool (it was nice and warm).

Stayed Aug 11, 2024This property had absolutely EVERYTHING we needed. We enjoy cooking and there was NOTHING that we needed to “bring” (crockpot, waffle iron, great quality cookware, keurig and regular coffee maker). This is one of the best we’ve stayed in so far in 4yrs. And, we’d definitely recommend it.

Stayed Jul 31, 2024The house was really clean. The pool was nice and the kids enjoyed the live music every night. The property was close to Johnson Beach which was really nice and had clean facilities. The only negative thing that I have to say about the property is how close the homes are together. At 3am we could hear people partying and they woke us up multiple times. But other than that this home was perfect!

Freezer needs a little cleaningloved the live music in the tiki bar and good chicken wings. Thank you for sharing your lovely place love the book of suggested restaurants etc!
