Fabulous Canal Front Villa, 37 ft Dock and 8-person hot tub

Fantastic vacation! The host communicated quickly, house and view were beautiful. KCB and their amenities were great. We loved having the golf course across the street, farmer's market and walking to the Cabana Club and Havana Jacks. The sunsets were amazing!We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We will definitely be back.

Great Thanksgiving stay!!! There were 8 of us (4 couples) with each couple having their own private bedroom/bath. This house is perfect for couples (we didn't need a place with bunkrooms since there were no kids). Plenty of room and very nice decor. So tidy and clean. Comfy beds! Very nice hot tub! Very nice mechanical blinds. Amply supplied kitchen and bathrooms. Plenty of towels and other amenities, especially spices, oils, dinnerware, drinkware. The fridge icemaker and freezer couldn't keep up with our needs but there are ice trays we used. We should have hooked up the ice maker in the breezeway. There is a grill but we didn't use it...too many seafood places to enjoy! Enjoyed the bikes and canal sitting area. Our host, David, was always available if we had questions about anything and was very quick to respond. Overall, we enjoyed this house and it made our time in Marathon so wonderful. Perfect spot for accessing all the nice things to do: mangrove tour, turtle hospital, aquarium, restaurants, Sunset Park, Key West!!! I thought the pricing was more reasonable than other properties. We just loved it mainly because it fit our family to the tee with the 4 nice sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The downstairs has a stocked kitchenette. The only thing that could be added to it would be a microwave. Would definitely book this spacious house again. It was true to everything in the photos!

Beautiful property, we had more than enough room for 8 adults. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The house was very clean and nice. Communication with Dave was easy and he responded promptly to any questions we had. We love coming to Key Colony Beach every summer.

House was clean had everything we needed. Great location easy walk to sunset park and cabana club which was great, beautiful pool nice little beach.

Our friends and family had an amazing week at Mimosa Manor. There was enough room for our entire group and we found the house to be fully stocked and had beautiful decor that really made us feel like we were on vacation. We absolutely loved the convenience of the dock and canal with easy access to both the gulf and the ocean. We also really loved the ice machine! That saved us a lot of time and money being able to ice down our coolers of fish and lobster. I would definitely stay again.

Upon arrival the house was clean and welcoming. David is very friendly and was there for all the questions we had. The house is conveniently located for fishing out in the ocean or taking the boat to the bay side for some lobstering. There was plenty of space for the family. Everything in the house was in like Brand New Condition and the rooms were big. I will definitely come back for another great vacation
