Exquisite Lakeview Oasis: Charming 3 bd, 2 bath vacation rental with heated pool

The house was excellent. I am renting for 15 years in Cape Coral. This house is in the top of the list even though its a bit older it is great. Very good floorplan, big lanai , heated pool and the lake view is great. House was excellent equipped with everything you need. Beach chairs,umbrella,cool box etc available.

Always enjoy our stay at this beautiful home. Hope to be back again when it is available.

The house was fine.

This is a wonderful home with many amenities. We spent two weeks there with 4 adults and a small child and had plenty of room. The home is 10 min. away from a Publix and other shopping. We spent most of our time on the lanai that faces a small lake connected by a canal. The pool is heated and was very relaxing. The property was very clean and everything was in working order. The outside was neat and well-maintained. It was great to have access to the garage to park the car and unload our beach gear. The property has many amenities that aren't listed on Vrbo. The kitchen had a coffee maker and a Keurig machine. Paper towel, toilet paper, tissue, napkins, dish soap, laundry detergent were all included. There were several beach chairs and other items in the garage and even a vacuum cleaner to clean the sand out of the car! Although we didn't use them, there were 2 women's bikes available for use. Initially, the property manager answered my questions via email fairly quickly. I had to request a contract as none was provided. I've rented many times through Vrbo and have always had check-in information provided to me 24-hours prior to my arrival. I requested check-in instructions via email and left a voicemail message for the property manager but didn't receive a response. At 9:30 a.m. on the day of our check-in, I called Vrbo and they were able to connect with the property manager and I finally received the door code. The owner left his contact information in the house and he was very responsive if I had a question or concern. This was the best property that we've rented so far in Cape Coral.

We stayed in this property for spring break week. The location was great and close and the views from the pool area were amazing.

I emailed what I thought was the owner many times without answer. It was not until the evening before we were to check in that we were not communicating the owner. I have no idea who we were taking with.

We totally enjoyed our month on the lake Clean well equipped Felt like home very soon after we arrived The sunrise in the morning started your day. Plenty room for us six adults Also the extra half bath never hurts No down side, you will love it. Rick
