Exquisite Calabay Parc 5+ Bedroom 4-Bath Villa - 30 min to Disney

Great house, super cozy and great host they responded fast when i needed them:)

The villa was more than spacious enough for me and my family of 8 and provided everything necessary for day to day life.My 4 grandchildren absolutely loved the pool and made the most of it every day. They also appreciated the games room, and the availability of space to play hide and seek etc.There was a Publix supermarket within 5 minutes distance, along with a choice of eateries nearby.The travelling distance to all the Disney/Universal parks was as expected, and a pretty straightforward run on well maintained roads.Our host Mike was really helpful from the minute of booking the villa, until the last minute of our stay. He was even kind enough to send us a large box of treats when we arrived 2 days late due to our plane being diverted and then cancelled. You couldn’t wish for a better host!We would certainly recommend this venue to any family seeking a similar experience to the one that we enjoyed!!

Very neat and clean. Host was extremely responsive. Beautiful home. Plenty of towels, sheets, blankets and pool towels. Pool and deck area extremely clean. Kitchen had everything you could think of and plenty of dishes, cups, silverware, etc. Parking was tight as driveway fit our truck and one small suv. However, there are options to park on one side of street. Many stores and resturants close by. I would definitely stay here again. And..highly recommend this home and host. We had a great time.

The property was beautiful and perfect for our large family with 8 children. We had a small glitch with getting into the building, but the owner was very responsive and the issue was resolved within minutes. Will stay here again in the future for other vacations.

I found this property about a year and a half ago looking for something that was big enough to fit my entire family that was going on our first trip to Disney! The house was perfect! And the pool was even better! My daughter and her cousins swam everyday! I swear it was the highlight of their trip! lol I would definitely stay at this property again if we ever make our way back for any reason! Thanks again for accommodating my huge family!

This house was better than described. It was fully equipped and very clean. Check-in and out were so easy. The kitchen was more than adequately equipped. The pool was perfect after a hot day at Disney! The only negative is the parking, but the owners have nothing to do with that. There is a work truck that parks across the street from the driveway. We drove 2 bigger vehicles so getting in and out of the driveway was a challenge. There is nothing the owner can do about that but that is the kind of detail I find important in a review. Otherwise the house was spectacular.

Overall we had a really good experience here. It was clean, kids loved the pool and arcade room. They provided a lot of towels and plenty of room for an entire family to stay (we had 10 in our party and had rooms to spare!) we had an issue with the air conditioner as soon as we got there however I called the number provided for the property manager and they were very prompt and fixed it within the hour! No further issues during our stay. Pool was very clean and nice. We would stay here again and recommend to others as well!

We really enjoyed our stay. Any concerns or queries we had was quickly addressed by the property owner. Lots of useful things in the villa to use and so much space!!

The accommodation was very nice and accommodated us nicely getting us all together however large enough to give us privacy. Took a little longer to get to Disney than anticipated. 20 minutes is not accurate. There is always traffic so more like 40 minutes. Rental was clean and supplied with everything you need.

The house was superb . It was fuly equiped and the pool was heated upon our arrival. It was close to all the parks . The only thing negatvie was the traffic. Thank you to mike and pat gor making our fanily reunion a success.

We all had a great time and we lived the property. Big and spacious and all 8 of us enjoyed it. House is very well equipped and owners responded almost immediately anytime I contacted them. We had very long days at Disney, Universal etc and was great to take some downtime around the pool!

This house was perfect for 3 families to share! We all had our own space and the kids loved the game room and pool. The teen loved having the den. Close to all the places we wanted to visit.

Great place overall. Enjoyed the pool. 30 mins to each park.

We stayed here for about a week and enjoyed every minute of it. The game room was fun for movie night or just playing games together. There was plenty of space for family members to spread out if they needed a minute to themselves. The road is a little narrow but the neighborhood is quiet and everyone keeps to themselves. 10/10 would stay here again.

We stayed for a family reunion and for a trip to Disney World. Mrs. Pat is a sweet lady who answered all our questions and attentive.

It was located near grocery stores and dining options. The only complaint would be only a couple bath towels per bathroom and no wash clothes in some bathrooms. Also tv remote batteries need replaced in remotes.

Everything was great pool was just a tad dirty other then that great home!

This house was great. We had a group of 13 we go on vacation every year, this home was by far the most spacious and for a fair price. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool, breakfast on the patio and the kids loved the game/theater room. We didn't need it but it also had a crib, stroller, tables and chairs for little ones and a change of bedding in each room..the only thing we thought was off was there were no trash bags, coffee filters, seasonings... nothing of that type but that definitely didn't keep us from enjoying the home. We just took a trip to the dollar tree down the street they have everything mini. :) The home is about 45minutes (with traffic) away from Disney, sea world and universal, as well as Tampa. The host was fast to reply to our texts, and check in wa a super easy! Thank you so much

Everything was great in the home. Everything you could ever need. Only downfall-pool is MUCH smaller than the picture makes it seem. Would definitely stay here again in the future. Hosts were very friendly answering all questions Perfect for our large group of 12, including kids all the way from age 3-18.

We were shocked about how far it was from the parks. It was not a hard drive though. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors friendly. Everything was great except one thing. We needed to vring our own toilet paper refills. We could not find any or any laundry soap. One of this was a problem, but we would have liked to know ahead to have gotten what we needed. The beds are in need of some updates because of the likely number of guests. The place was big. The kitchen had everything we needed for cook. The rooms were plentiful.

This place gave my family the perfect opportunity to relax. Close enough to tourist attractions/theme parks but far enough to not have to deal with crazy traffic
