Experience Unparalleled Luxury and Serenity at Villa Soulside, Cape Coral, FL

This home is absolutely incredible - even better than the photos!! We spent much of our time actually at the home for our week in Florida and opted to spend our days at the pool rather than travel to any beaches! Klaus is an exceptional host and we hope to return someday. I wouldn’t change a thing about our experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Soulside. The house was set up perfectly. The pool and outdoor living area provided all the space we could want to enjoy the awesome views of Cat Cay Lake and beautiful pool/spa. Coffee in the mornings sitting on the dock under the tiki hut was a treat. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the house was stocked with all pots pans, utensils, etc. that we needed. No expense was spared in furnishing this home. We will definitely be back.

We loved staying here, the house is fabulous. Brand new, super clean, plenty of room for everyone and the location is great. Being on the lake was so beautiful and relaxing. The location of the property was perfect, the pool is in the sun from dawn to dusk so perfect visibility to sun rises and sunsets every day. The tiki hut on the water is great - we sat out there at sunset several nights. The house is only minutes away from a grocery store - super convenient and across the street from a nature preserve so there are no houses across the street. We highly recommend and would stay again.

Had a great stay in Florida! The house was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable for a family to stay at. The house had everything we needed, even an outdoor grill to use. The pool and hot tub were very nice to relax in. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Klaus, the property manager was very responsive and easy to get in touch with.

This was my first stay in Cape Coral. And I am so glad I found this wonderful house. It is brandnew and features everything necessary for a perfect stay and relaxing holiday. Supermarkets are just a footwalk away. Close by are many restaurants and even a bowling alley. Fort Myers is just a jump, just like all the activities in Cape Coral, for couples and families alike. The south exposure of the lanai overlooking a lake is simply amazing. Sitting by the Tiki bar and watching sunrise or sunset is just so calming. The pool is big and beautiful. The house is spacious and makes you feel right at home. Very clean, great atmosphere. The beds are very comfortable! It is located in a quite neighborhood, but at the same time close to one of the main streets in Cape. The host was very friendly and always of great help in case of questions. I highly recommend to all of you to stay here. I will definitely come back with my family!

We are Kirsten and Hardy from Germany and booked this great house for a week. Originally we wanted to be on the road, but ended up staying in this wonderful house. The orientation of the house is world class facing south. The pool is great and it's super quick to get out on the boat. The house appears to be completely new and the architect has really thought things through. The ambience is perfectly coordinated and the beds are great to sleep in. There are lots of supermarkets nearby and of course, by Cape Coral standards, there are lots of interesting places to eat in the near. Staying and vacationing here is really at the very highest level! Kirsten and I can warmly recommend this house to you! Do not stay at home. Come here!
