With over 5,400 square feet of interior living space, six bedrooms, and five bathrooms, the home comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests while still allowing everyone room to relax and recharge.

Inside, the layout is thoughtfully designed for gathering. A fully equipped kitchen anchors the home, making it easy to prepare meals for a crowd, while multiple indoor and outdoor living areas allow groups to spread out without feeling disconnected. Home Truths:
- Our home is in a rural area where wildlife and insects are common. While the property is regularly serviced and inspected, occasional encounters may occur indoors or outdoors. Please supervise children and pets, especially at night. Refunds will not be issued for such occurrences.
- We do not allow bookings that are less than 24 hours from check-in.
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Pool heat is a paid feature and needs to be requested 48 hours in advance before the day of check-in.
- Pool and SPA can be heated for $250 plus tax/day.
- SPA Heat only is $100/day and should be paid for the whole duration of your stay.
- Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September).
- Please note that due to the secluded nature of our property, the roads leading to the home are dirt roads. Please plan your transportation accordingly
- ATVs and dirt bikes are not allowed on the property.
- Our putting green comes with mini golf putters. Please only use these putters on the green. Metal putters are not allowed, as they can damage the surface of the green.
- Please be aware that there are connectivity issues with the Wifi due to the location of this home.
- Absolutely no exterior amplified music or there will be a $500 fine
- Please be aware that most ride-share & transportation companies do not service this area.
- Please note: The pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. More information will be provided in the guest manual upon your arrival.
- No events or parties are allowed at this property.
- Due to the remote location of our properties guests may experience unannounced power outages.
- All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924).
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- Patio furniture, interior furniture, and specific rugs have been updated/changed since listing photos.
- Riverside county has a strict “no burn” civil code. All wood-burning fires as well as indoor/outdoor wood-burning fireplaces throughout the property are strictly prohibited.
- The piano is for decorative purposes only and is not available for guest use.
- Please note that you must be at least 21 years old to book this home.
- Due to the home’s location, ride-sharing services (such as Uber and Lyft) and food delivery apps may be limited.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

    We had an awesome time. The house was beautiful. It had everything we need. Plenty of towels and the extra foams for mattress was very helpful. It’s very spacious. Everything was great. Easy to enter , the only thing we couldn’t figure out were the lights in the backyard. We knew it was controlled by the inside panel but we couldn’t get them to turn on.

    Our four-night stay at the Warhol, intended as a relaxing Father’s Day getaway with extended family centered around the infinity pool and spa, was marred by significant disappointments. Despite booking months in advance, we were told just an hour before check-in that the pool was closed for maintenance, with no clear timeline for completion. When we finally saw it, the pool was visibly neglected, overrun with dark algae, murky, and swarming with mosquitoes—a clear health hazard we did not anticipate, given the posted maintenance schedule. As experienced pool owners, we understand the requisite upkeep and were appalled by the disregard evident in its condition. Throughout our stay, we endured disruptive technician visits. While we appreciate the efforts to address the issues, these interruptions should not have occurred during our paid stay. The constant communication with multiple hosts further compounded our dissatisfaction. Regrettably, we did not get to enjoy the pool, especially in Temecula’s hot weather. Our vacation plans to create lasting family memories centered around the pool were ruined. To make matters worse, the compensation offered was inadequate, failing to rectify our profound disappointment and inconvenience. We urge management to improve transparency and provide appropriate compensation for this deeply unsatisfactory experience.

    Me and a large group of friends stayed for a long weekend to rebuild connection and create new memories. The house was perfect for us: lots of space, nicely tucked away from other people, great amenities and things to do! Nothing is too far away and the hosts are really communicative. Definitely will use again!
