Pool and hot tub were great, the space fit my family perfectly

Villa was amazing and such a geat view over the lake. We had a tiny problem with the electronic door keypad but this was sorted immediately even though it was out of office hours. Will definitrly be going back

Clean well kept property. Grandaughter LOVE the pool. Was in the pool every day. Was about a 30 minute drive to the ski tourament in Groveland. Lots of restaurants and stores close by for anything you need.Hope to be back again next year to the water ski tourament and hope this VRBO is available. Its such a quiet place to stay.

Family and I enjoyed a terrific week at this location. House is 30min from all Disney and Universal attractions, and 1.5-hrs from Busch Gardens. Community is very well maintained, and the house with pool overlooking the pond is a welcoming a relaxing spot to come back to. Would highly recommend, and definitely stay again.

Overall is was a great place to stay, just a few issues one with the pool heat not working a couple of times but it was taken care of right away. The other was the hot water in the showers didn't last long, if you spent more then 15 minutes then you would basically get cold water and have to give about 30 minutes before the next person can take a shower. No biggie we manage but I'm not the only one that has complained about it per previous reviews.

House was nice but there were a few things that needed attention...1. we did not pay for the pool to be heated however the pool did not even come on to filter. We followed the instructions that were given for the timer but the pool and the hot tub would not come on at all. We expected that the water might be chilly since it was mid May but considering the outside temps were in the mid to upper 90's we figured it would be fine and there was no need for the additional charge to heat the pool. 2. The instruction given said to start the towels upon leaving the property but there they did not leave any laundry soap there for you to do that with. That makes you wonder of the cleanliness of the towels that were on the property. 3. When we went to use some of the pans that were there were VERY dirty like they had not been cleaned when used last. Once again there was no dish soap there for the dishwasher or the sink. We were forced to go to the store and purchase these things in order to cook. Not asking for there to be everything at the house but at least a small amount of the basics to ensure that the visitor is not having to purchase a lot of items that they will leave at the house when they check out. The house and neighborhood were nice over all and the drive to Disney, SeaWorld or similar destinations was not bad but I have definitely stayed in homes were the hosts provide the things needed to preform the tasks that are ask of the visitor.

Nice amenities at this rental home. Comfortable beds. Large TV. Nice furniture. Very nice pool and hot tub, with beautiful lake view. I recommend paying for the additional pool heat, which we did. Good instructions by the rental agency during check-in and departure. We enjoyed our stay!Only concerns: Thermostat only allows a setting of 74 degrees or higher in the house, which was too warm/uncomfortable for us. Showers ran out of hot water several times, as the water heater temp was either set too low, or too small a water capacity. Couple of dirty bathroom mats. Floor tile grout in the house is dirty and needs cleaning/bleaching.

The house is spacious with plenty of comfortable beds. It's conveniently located near restaurants and grocery stores.There were several issues that collectively led to a lower rating.The dishes had been put away dirty.Even with staggered shower times, each person got maybe a minute of hot water before the shower rapidly cooled. Unacceptable in a rental.We were asked to strip the beds and start a load when we left but were left no detergent. Makes me wonder if our sheets were washed water-only.This house was advertised as having a hot tub and a pool, with a fee for heating the pool. Turns out the pool heating fee included the hot tub heat (but was not labeled as such).This feels sketchy. If you advertise a hot tub, your customers expect a hot tub. If you charge a pool fee, that's for the pool. If the hot tub and pool heat are connected, specify that up front. Calling it a pool/hot tub heat fee would have made this feel a lot less shady and deceptive. We ended up agreeing to pay the fee. It would take up to 48 hours for the hot tub to heat up. We checked it every day, but the temperature never got any warmer, even after we were well past the 48 hour mark. The hot tub was never even lukewarm. We complained about being charged a heating fee for something that never actually heated, but we were told that the cleaning crew said it worked. Sure, the hot tub JETS worked. They pushed the cool water around. around.

Overall, our stay was a good experience. Pros: Great price, great location within a few minutes of everything you need and within an hour of the parks. Pool area overlooking the lake Quiet neighborhood Multiple bathrooms Cons: Lack of washcloths (which property manager already responded promptly about) Some dishes in the cupboards hadn’t been cleanedStripped the sheets as soon as we got there upon finding hair in the bed. It was made well so I’m guessing that the cleaning crews just didn’t know it had been slept in and the person before us hadn’t stripped the sheets as directed by property management. Perfect house for a quick getaway

Plenty of room for 6! We enjoyed the space, pool/hot tub and quiet neighborhood. The short drive to Disney was great for day trips.A few minor maintenance items and the gas grill needing replaced were the only concerns.

House was clean and kids enjoyed the pool. Its within a short drive to the disney parks and has plenty restaurants close by. We will definitely consider staying again on our next trip to disney.

The home is lovely. The entrance and front room is warm, cozy and welcoming. The bedrooms are spacious, kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils etc. There are no extras such as salt and pepper or any spices or condiments. There are lots of towels however we found only one washcloth in the whole house, which was odd to us. If we had a criticism it would be there was no soap to wash your hands in any of the three bathrooms; there was only one single roll of toilet paper in two bathrooms, a half roll in the third bathroom. No extra toilet paper or paper towels in the home. The thing that stood out was the quick response we got when we reached out to the property management about any concern. Overall, the home is great!

Very nice place and neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable and all rooms were spacious. Would like to come back againto come
