You can stop searching - you just found the perfect villa you've been looking for! This executive villa is thoughtfully furnished to a high standard and we've tried to think of everything you could possibly need and more!

The South-facing pool with extended pool deck and spa is perfect for an early morning dip, lazy afternoon pool-day or even a bit of night swimming as the pool, deck and spa all have lighting. The pool area is not overlooked and has uninterrupted views of the PGA golf course.

We know you're going to be dining 'al fresco' so we've provided outdoor dining seating for 10 people which is very unusual in a Florida villa. Add to all this: a safety fence to keep your little ones safe, a great ceiling fan under the lanai to keep you cool and with pool heat and BBQ available - what more could you need

Let's assume you can drag yourself indoors, you'll find the villa tastefully furnished and lacking nothing! Let's start with the 5 bedrooms-
1. Master on 1st floor: TV, California king bed, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, en suite with corner bath.
2. Double on 1st floor: HDTV, ceiling fan, clock.
3. Twin on 1st floor: HDTV, ceiling fan, clock.
4. Twin on 1st floor: HDTV, ceiling fan, clock.
5. King on ground floor: HDTV, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, clock.

In addition to the en suite there are two further bathrooms; a full bathroom downstairs and another full bathroom upstairs. Also upstairs you will find an office area with telephone (free domestic calls) where you can set up your laptop without having to balance it on the arm of the sofa or having to keep putting it away between uses.

Moving downstairs, you'll find a spacious living area comprising of the following:-
Main living room: huge sofa with chaise section, HDTV, DVD, CD, books and games galore.
There's a breakfast nook which is perfect for.....well.....breakfast, which leads into an open plan kitchen. Here you will find all the usual suspects: oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee maker, double sink with waste disposal, blender and all the plates, cups and glasses you will need for eating outside and inside. Speaking of eating inside - should you find the need for formal dining area - you've got one of those too in the dining area just off the kitchen.

Next to the formal dining area you have the 2nd living area with comfy sofas, HDTV, Wii and PS3 with games for both systems.

Restricted by airline baggage allowance (money grabbers!)....need to do laundry while you're here.... no problem, there's a laundry room with washing machine, tumble drier, iron and board.

Last but by no means least.....The Games Room!! Pool table, foosball, air hockey and table tennis tables. There's a golf course nearby (I think...lol) so we've provided 2 sets of golf clubs, and for the on-site tennis courts you'll find 2 tennis racquets and balls for your use. The games room is fully carpeted and equipped with an oscillating fan to keep you cool.

The villa has A/C, Wi-fi, bed linen, bath towels, pool towels, high chair, a pack n play, child gates, sunbeds, - we've really tried to think of everything, there's even a Mickey Mouse phone and a sewing kit!
