The villa is located in a secure private estate. It is perfect for people looking for tranquillity, privacy and who want to remain anonymous. You can safelypark several cars.
It has a view of the sea. It is located in front of Alemaes beach. You can go jogging every morning and run more than 10 km on the beach thanks to the villa’s private beach access.
On the ground floor:
You will find the entrance with the living room, offering a panoramic sea view.
The state-of-the-art living room boasts a white leather sofa, a 140 x 200-cm sofa bed and a satellite TV with several channels. Enjoy the unlimited Wi-Fi access and the wireless phone with unlimited calls in more than 30 countries.
The decoration of the Provencal dining room is sophisticated.
You will find a bathroom with a hand basin, a WC, and a beautiful Provencal kitchen with a double-door fridge, a dishwasher, a gas hob, and an extractor hood. There are also a microwave and a washing machine.
The first 50-sq.m terrace is just near the living room and features garden furniture, a table for 12 people, a bar, and a Jacuzzi for 4 people. It is a deck terrace with a glass balustrade where you can enjoy the stunning view.

Upstairs:
The Starfish en-suite bedroom offers a 160 x 200-cm four-poster bed, a walk-in closet, and a shower room.
The Pearl bedroom, with two 95 x 200-cm single beds, features an entrance with a walk-in closet. It is a superb en-suite bedroom with a ceiling rose and a shower. There is a TV in this bedroom.
Both were tastefully decorated and offer a stunning sea view.

Upstairs:
In the Starfish bedroom you will find 2 single beds with a walk-in closet, a sofa bed, and a bay window leading onto the second terrace.
The Lighthouse bedroom can accommodate 4 people with large bunk beds (95 x 200-cm beds), an additional bed (drawer), and a single bed. It gives access to the second terrace.
Both were tastefully decorated and offer a stunning sea view.
Both bedrooms boast a bathroom with a private hand basin, private WC, and another one with a Jacuzzi/bathtub, a large separate shower, and another hand basin with Provencal furniture.

The garden:
The heavenly garden houses a double swimming pool. There is a children's swimming pool with water falling into a second infinity swimming pool. The swimming pool is surrounded by a garden with plants and a modern decoration.
There is a teak terrace around the swimming pool and another one upstairs.
You will find plenty of sun loungers, poufs and chairs.
The private access to the beach thanks to several stairs is the best asset of this villa.
