If I could upload pictures I would; however, please know that this home was beyond normal wear and tear. I made multiple phone calls and sent multiple e-mails. Management was slow to respond and laze-fair about my concerns. Below is part of the e-mail I sent to the owners of the property management and they NEVER RESPONDED to my concerns- not even an apology or offer of compensation. Please be aware that we NEVER RECEIVED PILLOW CASES. I requested them upon our arrival as well as numerous other times. We had to put our own tshirts on the stained pillow cases in order to sleep. I understand mishaps occur, rentals run down; however, families/friends save for months on end to have stress free living accommodations. My recommendation is to train your staff to apologize to patrons, not make them feel as if it is no big deal to have their homes void of sheets, towels, pillow cases, wet towels, dust caked on items, soiled/stained pillows and comforters, etc. -It took 3 days to receive SOME sheets. -It took 2 days to receive towels. -It took 3 days to unclog a shower drain. -It took 4 days to unclog a 2nd shower drain. -It took 7 days to never receive the 10 requested pillow cases. -We never received an initial roll of paper towels. -We never received an initial roll of toilet paper. -We never received an initial garbage bag. -Bathroom exhaust fans caked with dust. -Bathroom shower doors and tracks lined with mold. -Staircase handrails sticky to touch. -Carpet stained and ripped beyond normal rental wear and tear.

The property was as described, it definitely could be a little cleaner, the carpeting’s need cleaned or replaced. One of the bathrooms had an excess amount of mold on the ceiling, I’m assuming from some type of air conditioning leak. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

The house was large enough for 15 people. Good location, close to amenities.Upon arrival the house carpet, walls and baseboards were filthy and the pool was green. Burned out light bulbs. Moldy bathroom ceiling. Broken shower door and towel rack. Very unhappy with condition of the house. Needs updated cookware and utensils.

I only marked down for cleanliness. Mild in showers and dishwasher, under couch cushions there was a lot of debris. Towels were all damp when put away. Some beds didn’t have a full set of sheets on them.

The Central air DONT WORK!! Extremely HOT!! on the first floor took a while to get in touch with the owner to approve a piece that he knew that was needed for his property. We arrived on Monday and made them aware of the problem nothing, Tuesday came nothing, finally Wednesday they got approval to get the piece from the owner, by now they had offered us another place to go to which was in good timing because the master room power went out on the first floor on that day. The dining table is unstable and rocky. Stains on the wall going up the stairs. Holes in the wall by the pictures in the kitchen. I wouldn't recommend to no one a complete disaster and a big inconvenience especially after going food shopping out there and have to bring all of that food to the other house by our self.

Property is big and beautiful just need to fix the AC unit on the first floor we were without AC for 4 days and I had to go purchase filters out of my own pockets . The towels on the first floor on arrival were folded and still damp and the rest were left in the washer. I also had to buy paper towels and toilet paper which per the agreement should be part of the rental. The cleaning company has to do a better job.

The house it's amazing and the location as well. The only thing that we didn't like was the floor was very sticky and we have to buy a mop and mop the whole house and the carpet needs a to be cleaned (deep clean). Over all it's was amazing and we will be renting it again.

Overall it was a great home, good area, definitely wlll recommend to friends and family

One of the best houses that I ever rented, the check in was easy, the house was very very very clean, the pool was great and hot. One of the problems that we had was with the Wi-Fi passcode, there is no service, we had to go to a 7-Eleven to get service to get in touch with the property manager to get the Wi-Fi. I’ll definitely rent this house again in the future.
