EV_7786 - 5 Bed 5 Bath Villa with Private Pool with World-Class Resort Amenities

This house was just as described. We had a group of 12 of us. It was perfect for us! The resort is beautiful, and it is very close to everything throughout Orlando! We will definitely be staying here again!

We had a great time staying at this Reunion Patriots Landing villa. The decor and amenities inside the villa definitely have a luxury feeling. Large smart TVs and cable in every room, google Wifi hubs throughout the property for great WiFi reception. The 2 living areas were fantastic. The sofas were great. Beds all great. Showers in every room brilliant. The location itself is beautiful and the resort has several small pools for guests. The water park however is only available to residents or with permission from the owner of the property and additional payment. Few things that let it down, the cleaning company aren’t doing a great job. They hadn’t cleaned under the sofa, we found a very dusty sandal from a previous guest. The hand rail up the stairs was very grubby and needed some elbow grease to clean. There were only 2 travel sized hair dryers available in the entire villa. The pool on arrival had a lot of dead insects and a dead frog floating in it. Someone also came into the property mid stay and updated all the cable tv boxes. Whilst this is fine, we had no warning of this and if we were in at the time I would be a bit concerned about letting someone unannounced in. We also noticed all the closet doors had been opened. Not sure why someone changing the equipment required to look in there. Finally, the master bedroom was never as cool as the rest of the house, it was always 1 or 2 degrees warmer, to the extent that we opted to sleep in one of the spare rooms. We would definitely stay there again. It is a lovely villa in a lovely location, just let down by the management company.

The house is amazing and modern. It has a great two story floor plan that feels huge and spacious. Exceptions are the following: The check in instructions did not include information about the guard shack, which ultimately fine, but annoying at 11 pm. The listing stated there was a master bedroom on the first floor with a queen bed. It actually had two double beds, which was an issue with my mother in law who could not go up and down the stairs. The first 48 hours we did not have internet or TV and the property manager was not responsive to our situation. A maintenance guy came by and was there for two hours before leaving with the problem not fixed. And on Friday at 3 pm I was promised a call back which I am still waiting for. The problem was fixed and we were never notified. Like I said the house was great with a few minor exceptions relating to service verses the actual property.

I was there with business partners for a conference and this home was perfect! We each had plenty of room and the location was great. Definitely recommend!!

The property was really nice and very comfortable, however it was lacking some things. There was no broom or mop There was also a mix up with the trash day. It also was a hassle to get the one day water park pass. When we did get the pass we could not use it because of the rain and when ask to change to a different day, it could not be changed. This was a total bummer for my children they really wanted to go to the water park. Lastly the response time for any questions and concerns is not so great. It takes a really long time for a response, sometimes I had to actually send another email before a reply was made. Overall the property is really nice and situated in a nice area that's close to everything.

However master bedroom is above the garage and I feel as if that made that room hotter. We could never get that room cool. Also trash pick up never came on Thursday morning. I guess my over disappointment would b the air conditioning in the master but everything else is gorgeous! Well it would have been nice to have been able to use the water park more days than just one also. Not sure if that was clearly pointed out in house booklet. That was a disappointment also.

Place was great to stay. Very high tech . They make you feel comfortable. Great kitchen, living room, beds rooms, pool . Love all the windows and the light that comes in . Plenty of towels for your stay. Every room felt comfortable. Garage has a light sensor that we couldn’t get it to close . Finally figured it out. Loved the place overall. Great for our family . If we ever come back to Florida ,this is the place to stay. Great neighborhood !

The house was very clean and spacious. Everything we needed was included. The only negative was the pool was very small.

Fantastic stay over 14nights at this property at Reunion Resort. The one small issue we had (of our own making) was swiftly resolved by the property manager. Great stay at a great place!

I would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in Reunion. We only had a couple of small issues. The internet was down for about a day and a half and the garbage can was full when we got there. We put it out on the day specified but it didn't get picked up. We had a great stay. We hope to be back next spring.
