EV_7299 - 5 Bed 5.5 Bath Villa with Screened-In Private Pool with Spillover Spa,

We rented 2 different properties in this community. This property.Pros: The property itself was clean. Cons - 1. Before we arrived at the property, I had contacted Executive asking if they needed names of the drivers coming into the property. Their response was Guests just need to provide names to access, if you need a QR, please contact the onsite team number provided at the arrival details. This was not correct. When I arrived, the front gate said they didn't have my name and that they needed to receive names from the management co. I also went to the Club House, and they said the same thing. I tried calling the management company several times and the connections was terrible. I was finally able to give them the house number, and I sent the names of the drivers. On their response they had the wrong house number. After a second try, and they sent the names, they didn't give the names of all of the drivers. VERY FRUSTRATED!! 2. We didn't spend a lot of time at this house so there was very minimal time having the door open. When we got back to the house around 10:30 pm, the upstairs air conditioner wasn't working. It was 80 degrees upstairs. I sent a message that night around 11 pm. The next day WE had to call maintenance. Finally late that day the management responded to my message. VERY VERY FRUSTRATED!!! This is Florida when the temperature outside feels like 100 degrees. It's inconvenient that I am limited to 1500 characters!!!

We have came down to this area 3 years in a row for college softball. This was the best home we have stayed in. Thanks

Fabulous accommodation, clean and exactly as listed.. we wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

We were a family of 8, consisting of 3 generations The house is very spacious, each bedroom with its own bathroom. The property was very clean and well presented & in general well equipped. Although the property is able to sleep 11 people, there was only 4 sun loungers outside. The tumble dryer worked intermittently and there was no clothes airer to dry clothes. We ended up buying one and left it at the property. Also there was a bbq padlocked on the patio, it was disappointing this was not available for use. The internal vertical blinds in the house kept coming off each time we opened/closed them. The property management was difficult to communicate with, the front door lock failed and we had to wait half a day in the property for someone to fix the door as we could not secure the property to leave which resulted in loss of half a park day which was costly and very frustrating. Also there was a delay in pool heat being switched on but no refund has been provided for the delay. Also there were 2 nights that neighbours had pool parties that went beyond midnight and kept us awake, our UK cell phones would not connect to the number for noise nuisance, the property management was un-contactable, we had to report to the resort general manager. Lastly a house manual/handbook would have been beneficial to help navigate the house easier. Although we experienced the above we still had a great holiday, but would re-consider before booking with Executive Villas again.

Very nice house, pool heat made the vacation. lots of rooms for the kids to be separate in.

Amazing!!

We loved this house! Every bedroom has its own full bathroom, and a toilet off the kitchen with outdoor access from the pool. There are 2 separate living areas, the pool was perfect. The beds were awesome, and the room decor was so cute. The neighborhood was well maintained and quiet typically after 9-10pm. This house fit our family of 8 comfortably, with plenty of space to spread out when we needed to. I highly recommend this house to large groups, or families that are traveling. The only issue we had was not receiving the code for the clubhouse pool, but other than that - everything was great.
