EV_2442 - 7 Bed 6 Bath Villa with Screened-In Private Pool, Kids Bedroom, Games

Our family enjoyed our stay! A slight delay in check-in as the cleaning crew was still there until 4:45, and a couple of minor carpet stains on the stairs. Otherwise, everything was great, and the host was super communicative! I would def book again !

Management was very responsive. Home is exactly as pictured. The upstairs rooms do tend to be a little warmer but it wasn’t an overall problem. Home is in close proximity to grocery stores as well!

Overall great vacation. Villa had some wear and tear ... Loose hand railing, vents/scratches. Beds were not the most comfortable and were pretty worn. We opted not to do pool heat. Kids didn't mind the temp. The freezer ice machine wasn't working and they sent over someone to fix. The bar stools were also cracked and they offered to send one out right away but we declined and said we'd just not use the stools. Managing company was very responsive and helpful! We would definitely stay here again but definitely recommend updating beds!! Kids had a blast. Please note that the club house and resort pool is a 10 minute walk or you need to drive to the original resort gate down the street. 20-30 minute drive to Disney's parks, close to Publix and Walmart. Surprised Villa had a stroller we could use. Vacation for 11 total this was a great choice and plenty of room! Only gave a 4 because to location to the club house and resort pool is a little out of way, and the beds were not the greatest...

House was beautiful as pictured. Could use some upgraded furniture- stools in kitchen were are cracked and some knobs on dressers loose/missing but these things did not interfere with the comfort or enjoyment of our stay. Paid for pool heat however it wasn’t until like day 3 or 4 that the water actually warmed up. My suggestion would be to turn heat on a couple days prior to arry to assure a comfortable temperature upon guest arrival. This is definitely a 5 star property and we would book again!!

Stayed here for 4days/3ngts. Wish I couldve given it a 5 star..but things took a quick turn on our last full day there. The place was beautiful. Accommodated my guest and I. It actually exceeded my expectation. The location was nice, beautiful community. Everything was wonderful until out of nowhere both downstairs bathrooms flooded. The downstairs master bathroom toilet, shower, and tub flooded. Sewage came up in the bath tub. The toilet in the hallway flooded. The entire downstairs and garage was flooded. It took hours for someone to eventually come to the property. Was late getting to our activities trying to wait on maintenance. Had to call more than once and just went about our day before we completely lost out on money for attractions that was prepaid for. Noticed the ceiling has water spots so evidently.. theres been issues in that unit. The upstairs carpet was damp..as if they shampooed it before we came and it didnt thoroughly dry. It has alot of potential but instead of patching up just enough to make quick money..someone needs to really do some plumbling work.
