The house came with many issues and things not working and broken. We tried on more than 3 occasions to get a maintenance man out and they kept promising one and none came. Only once to put pool heat on which they charged me for 5 days when it only worked for 3 days and the Spa/Jacuzzi never worked the entire time. This management sent me a bill after the stay for broken items that we never did, very dishonest. I do not trust them and it was overall a horrible experience dealing with them for almost a 2 week stay.

I rate a 9/10 couch was a little dirty stove had minor tweaks other than that I can say everything was clean, nice neighborhood and respectful neighbors.

Renter beware, the pictures listed for this property are deceptive and are probably from the day the home was built and furnished. The bed linens were disgusting with urine stains and blood stains causing us to have to purchase new mattress pads and avoid sleeping and using most of the rooms. We tried unsuccessfully to reach the host management company to address the many issues of safety inside the home and around the pool which was not cleaned prior to our arrival. Ants, roaches and yes a rat. The microwave has fire damaged and the game room smelled awful with the wiring to the air hockey having a shortage thus unusable. The living room and patio furniture is heavily stained with blood and who knows what else. Patio furniture is also broken along with the pool fence and a paver that was up around the pool. This home is in very poor condition. Shower doors broken along with a few of the bed room closet doors. The outside of the home is in need of lawn maintenance and a cleaning company. Sadly, this could be a nice property but the home is in decay.

The contactless check in great but entering the complex most disappointing. We waited in a long line to check in the complex at leadt 60 mintues. When the reservation was made it never said i needed to list all driving adults on the list. It would have helped with check in. The house was surface clean but things were found under the beds in diffent rooms. Each double bed in room were two single beds not 1 queen 1 twin as it says in description . We were warned to bring household item I just wished they would have said dish towels and hot pads. Last but not least we had an extended family member a mice / rat. Which came out from a locked door every day.

Overall it was a good experience. The Wi Fi wasn’t great but we adjusted. The location was wonderful.

The property was not clean, there were no bath mats, so we fell when we got out the shower. The dishwasher was leaking, the sink faucet was broke. The trash from the previous visitors was still there. The house was large and did accommodate us all, it just needs some TLC!

This house rental is impressive ...as is the entire resort! You won't be disappointed! Ken and Shelly Dason, Ohio

Everything was awesome. Beautiful home near it all. Clubhouse was an awesome addition.

Location too what we had planned for our trip it was in a prime area, cleanliness of the house was top notch. All in all it was/ is so far the best place we've been in yet.

What's not to say amazing!
