EV_1504 - 6 Bed 3 Bath Home with Private Screened-In Private Pool with Spa

I’ve always loved Solara Resort when I come to vacay in Orlando. This home was an okay home, the pictures indicated a spacious, clean & modern home. However, there needs to be an update with their cleaning routine, there were small ants on the dining table, there were mold in the master bathroom on the first floor, which were my parents room. One other major issue we had was the internet outage & the inability to utilize any of the Roku tvs which isn’t the most fun when you have little ones vacationing with you.

Really enjoyed our stay in the property, unfortunately the property could do with refreshing as the paintwork and doors were grubby. It could also be better equipped for the number of people it is designed for. We had very few towels and we were only a party of 4, it is a 6 bedroom so could hold 12 people easily There was only soap in two of the bathrooms and some of the other items on my arrival info were missing. We loved the location however the pool area was small and would not be able to accommodate 12 people if the villa was at capacity . There were no sun loungers poolside to allow you to lie by the pol on rest days although you could visit the community pool at the clubhouse.

This house was excellent and a lot of rooms for all of our family members we enjoyed the poolside room lounge area.

The house was precisely advertized and more spacious than it looked from the outside. Besides of a couple broken chairs that we put aside for safety, this property is everything you read and see in the pictures. The house and property are very clean. Amenities were great at the home and at the clubhouse. Would stay here again.

We have stayed in many VRBOs throughout the years. This was the first time we were truly disappointed. Some of the issues with our stay included: 1. Photos did not depict the actual rental (many more furnishings/decor/extras in the listing that were not there when we stayed) 2. Rental company was nearly IMPOSSIBLE to reach during our stay, which was a real issue! We had some concerns, and the inability to get someone on the phone in a timely fashion to ask a question or voice a concern was , was just not acceptable. 3. Lack of towels was crazy...every guest got one, ONE, bath towel for their stay. And then every bathroom had to share a hand towel. Gross. Hotel rooms provide more than this rental did with linens. 4. Kitchen had just the bare bones, nothing more. Not even one dish towel in the kitchen. 5. Many burned out lightbulbs throughout the home. 6. We inquired about the spa temp prior to booking the home. Emailed back and forth with someone at the rental company. They guaranteed us that we could get the spa up to 101 degrees. That was a lie. The spa will only heat to the temp of the pool, which they did not turn up very high, after paying for pool/spa heat. I've never stayed at a home where the hot tub (spa) didn't get hotter than the pool water. We had high hopes for the luxury that is depicted in the pictures for this rental, but were unfortunately left very disappointed upon arrival and throughout our stay.

Neighbors seemed to be running a strip club till 5-7 am blasting music. No help from security. That was the first 3nights.(could see the entertainment leaving 11-12am everyday.lots of broken items,BUGS!!! In kitchen. Have stayed in this resort 4-5times in the past always had a great time. Not sure what’s going on? Other nights cars were racing around all night

We just loved everything about Solara Resort. The 6-bedroom house was great! It was spacious, modernly decorated and very clean. It has all the comforts of home. The community pool and workout room was used daily. The restaurant on-site had delicious food as we used it 4 times in 10 days. We would absolutely come back!
