Stayed Mar 14, 2026We had a nice stay. Two adults and two children. The children were younger... ten and seven. Rooms were all very nice, and it was great that full bathrooms were attached to all bedrooms. We were there to access skiing and spa services in Vail. The walk to the bus stop was easy. The kids could make it in ski boots and carry their gear. The walk from the Vail transportation center, where the bus drops you off, was a bit much for the kids, but they pulled through. About 15 minutes, with some stairs. However, this puts you right at gondola one, which provides a nice break after the walk. Parking was easy--we would recommend backing into the garage. We drove to several places: the Avon Rec Center, the Avon Walmart, the nearby grocery store, and the Sonnenalp Spa. All were super convenient. We ate at home mostly. Plenty of cooking supplies and utensils. Enough propane for two grill nights... we made burgers. We are eager to stay again.

Stayed Jan 24, 2026The feather pillows had loose feathers that poked through clothing into the skin. Ouch!The blender was not working so we couldn’t make our breakfast smoothies. Didn’t discover that until we had all the ingredients in the blender and couldn’t blend. Yuk!

Stayed Dec 28, 2025The place is big and plenty of room for the five of us. It was a nice unit. My only complaint it’s a little bit of a learning curve to navigate the bus system. I wish we had stayed in the village. It would have made it easier getting to the slopes and restaurants.

Stayed Mar 2, 2025We enjoyed our stay in the very welcoming and comfortable Villa. Many details were noted which allowed us to have a stay similar to things at home. It is close to the bus, so we were able to access Vail Village and Lionshead as well. Highly recommend this Villa!

Stayed Jan 26, 2025Great home for 5 adults on our ski trip. We appreciated boxes of tissues in every room, extra towels and bedding, and pantry staples for packing our lunches for the slopes (plastic wrap, al foil, zip-locks, a well as extra paper towels and garbage bags). The unit has a parking spot in front of the garage for one car but our our rental was a Ford Expedtition. If we parked there it would have partially blocked the access way so we kept it in the garage and it only just fit - something to keep in mind when you plan your trip.
