Villa Esencia Espanola Sosua is located in the premium gated community of Escondido Bay Playa Laguna II. We designed your getaway vacation home for fun and relaxation. It's a safe and private compound located within a secure gated community. This villa has 24 hour access and walking distance to the beach at Playa Laguna.

There are also beach towels and equipment on location. The large front garden is beautifully landscaped and meticulously kept. It's perfectly situated for entertaining family and friends, or large enough to host venues. The villa gardens or beach can also serve as a wedding venue or private ceremony.

Electricity and hot water are included in the rental. The villa also features high speed wireless internet throughout. The entire villa has an integrated Bluetooth Sonos home theater and music system covering the whole house and pool area. The villa was recently completed with brand new custom made furniture.

The grand master bedroom suite has air conditioning along with its own private entrance and private bathroom. The master bedroom also features a king bed and additional twin bed, air conditioning plus fan, along with two (2) sleep chaises, a 55 high definition TV, and a double walk in closet.

The second master bedroom features a king size bed and an additional twin bed. It also contains air conditioning plus fan, 43” smart hdtv, along with it's own private entrance and private bathroom.

Additionally, there are two bedroom suites (Suite #A and Suite #B) which have their own entry doors into two (2) bedroom units, or a total of four (4) additional bedrooms. Each bedroom has their own king size bed, 43 smart hdtv, and air conditioning unit plus fan. Each bedroom contains plenty of room, storage, and closet space for longer stays. Three of the bedrooms have additional sleep chaises for comfort.

The last bedroom is near the living room. It features a queen size bed, a 43” smart hdtv, and its own air conditioner plus fan. This extends the home into an actual seven (7) bedroom villa.

The living room features a 65 television with cable streaming services and a new Sony PlayStation 5 gaming system. The entertainment area in the garage also features a full size pool table and ping pong table. There are also have plenty of fun adult and family board/card games.

The kitchen is spacious for cooking and features stainless steel appliances. There are two BBQ grills on the premises. There is an outdoor dining area that expands off the kitchen with a BBQ grill and the patio/pool area also features an additional BBQ grill near the pool.

There is enough parking for up to six (6) within the gate and more parking available immediately outside the gate.

Transportation to and from the airport can also be arranged at an additional cost. Private car rental arrangements are also available.
