Our spacious, luxury private 5 Bed Disney Villa has a beautiful south-facing pool & spa deck, fantastic games room, free Wi-fi. The villa is situated on a corner plot, with no rear overlooking neighbours and with a the conservation area to the side.

Located in the sought after community of Calabay Parc our home offers a peaceful setting close to all the attractions. Calabay Parc is ideally situated on US27 approximately five minutes north of Interstate 4 and five minutes south of US192.

We also have a very good local management company who can help & assist you during your stay should you need any assistance.

We are ONLY 20min from the Disney Parks as well as only being a few minutes’ drive to local shops, supermarkets and restaurants.

We are surrounded by some of Florida’s finest golf courses, including Champions Gate, Mystic Dunes, Falcon’s Fire, Ridgewood Lakes and many more.

Our spacious two storey home has over 2,800 sq ft of living space.

Bedrooms - 2 Master en-suites, one upstairs and one downstairs. The downstairs master has a large walk-in wardrobe, double sinks and large tub in the bathroom as well as a separate shower cubicle, toilet and direct access to the pool deck. The upstairs master has a dressing area and bathroom with a large shower.

There is a further double, with bathroom, downstairs and 2 Disney themed rooms, which share a bathroom upstairs. This layout offers maximum flexibility and the space available means the house is suitable for either an extended family or 3 small families to share comfortably.

Living space – a large open plan lounge, with flat screen TV and DVD player, I-POD dock stereo, with comfortable leather sofas. There is a dining area and views through the patios doors of the pool.

The fully equipped kitchen off the living room has a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and all the appliances you’d find at home – kettle, toaster, coffee maker etc. There is a breakfast bar and raised breakfast nook, offering views of the pool. A separate laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board is available.

Games room – the double garage has been converted into a games room with an air hockey table, pool table, table tennis and a basketball hoop for hours of fun for all the family.

There is FREE WI-FI throughout the property and free local and national US calls.

Outside – a large south facing L-shaped pool with a spa and 2 separate areas for sunbathing and eating – sun-loungers, table and chairs provided. We invite you to relax by our pool on the extended deck and soak up the sunshine, or take a break from the sun under the covered lanai. With no neighbours to the rear or one side, there is more privacy than the average Orlando villa. A large screen makes this a bug free environment. Take a dip in the pool or sit and daydream in the spa – heating is available if required. For convenience there is a poolside WC and basin and an outside shower. Separate pool towels provided. Check in time 4pm - Check out time 10am.
It may be possible to slightly alter check in/out times, but depends on the villa diary and whether or not there incoming guests due on a departure day.

A gas grill BBQ can be hired from our management company on request at booking. Cost would be $60 per week stay - check with owners as fee subject to change. This includes the gas grill, gas cylinder, and cleaning tools.

Pool/Spa heating if needed for your stay is an additional cost of $30 per night stay (£24 equivalent) - check with owners as fee subject to change. We usually recommend the heating between October to April time.
Pool/spa heating needs to be booked and paid prior to arrival. If requested during the stay an additional call out fee will be payable of $35.

All bookings on VRBO are quoted in USD. VRBO will convert and pay the villa owners in UK pounds as requested by the owners. Please be aware that your bank could charge you a foreign transaction fee when booking.

If you want a break from the theme parks then the Atlantic coast at Cocoa Beach is only 1hrs drive or the glorious white sands and warm waters of the Gulf coast at Clearwater are 1hr 15min drive away.
