On the first floor, there is also a sitting room with a wood-burning fireplace, ideal for spending time reading in front of it in winter. This quiet corner leads out onto the terrace with its fantastic views of the surrounding countryside. The terrace is furnished with comfortable sun loungers.

A large lawn surrounds the large swimming pool, as well as the terraces and corners of the villa, all nicely furnished and provided with pods with flowers and green plants. This is the ideal holiday home for those seeking a peaceful retreat in a traditional and picturesque Mallorcan village.
