Dream villa, south facing on the canal, boat dock, XXL terrace with pool, quiet and central

Host was welcoming and amenities were all as stated ans pictured.

This home on Cape Coral is the best we've found in 12 years of renting in this area. We rented for 29 nights including Christmas and New Year 2024.The whole property is well maintained and immaculately clean. It's also very well stocked with linens, towels, kitchen ware etc. The master bedroom and ensuite are both very large and the bed is very comfortable. The walk in wardrobe is also spacious.The great room has a lovely high ceiling and the leather sofas are fantastic, with adjustable headrests and footrests.The pool is a good size and with the pool heating on it reached a very comfortable temperature helped by the pool cover which we used every night. The outside seating and sunbeds are in great condition and comfortable to use all day with plenty of towels provided. This home is in a quiet neighbourhood but really close to Del Prado for easy access to shops and restaurants. The property management are easy to deal with and available to help out but we had no problems during our stay. The property owners are exceptionally great to deal with. Martina communicated updates for the area, including confirmation that the recent hurricane caused no damage to the property which was a relief for us to hear.We would recommend this home to anyone staying in Cape Coral and we hope to be able to return soon.

The house was neat & clean. The kitchen was very good, had everything you needed. Pool area had plenty of room to walk around. We enjoyed our stay in villa timeout!! We reserved for next January.

very nice property, mostly what was on VRBO site was very accurate. Only thing that wasn’t stated was a $50 charge for using grill if not cleaned. Found this out in rental agreement after we used twice. I cleaned it like i’d do mine at home. A lot of extra stuff in garage like fishing poles, and extra pool accessories. Had a strong storm 1 night ripped Lanias screens up, and within 12 hrs they were fixed. Top notch rental would stay again if the opportunity arises. Even had to stay another 22 hrs as flight was cancelled, and property manager worked with us. I’d give it 5 stars

We have been coming to Cape Coral for years and love it and the weather especially at Christmas! There was a little cold spell that happened right before and the day we arrived so the pool was rather chilly. We used the pool heater for a couple days, which worked well to heat it back up (along with the solar cover) the only major issue we had with the house was the washer and dryer. We had to dry any load 2-3 times to get it dry. Then, that ended up costing us on the allotted electric bill. So beware of that. Hopefully it gets fixed for the next guest. We had a great time fishing off the docks. The boys caught sting rays, catfish and mayan cichlads. The house had everything we needed and stores are very close! We took a charter one day with Spangler Adventures and we caught enough fish for a dinner for 4 and then we caught about 15 sharks! The boys had a blast and the girls loved watching. The fireworks for New Years viewed from the backyard were amazing. We had a great time.

We have stayed in several places in Florida on VRBO. This is one of the nicest. The house has a great layout- master bedroom suite is on one whole side of the house and kids bedrooms are on the other side. Stocked with plenty of supplies- dishes, pots/pans, utensils in kitchen. The garage had cooler, chairs, fishing poles. We had to use the first aid kit and they had 2, which isn't often supplied other places. The pool area is big and nice to hang out in. The deck is good size and we did plenty of fishing. We caught some turtles (unintentionally) and cat fish. We even saw a mantee swim by couple times. I would highly recommend this place.

Everything was excellent! The owner and property manager were very easy and delightful to work with. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Quiet neighborhood with peaceful evenings!! We will definitely stay at this home in the future!!!

We stayed here for our first family vacation with 6 kids. And it was absolutely perfect. No complaints. The kids had a blast swimming and fishing. If we didn’t want to sight see we would have been just fine never leaving the house. Highly Recommend and the house was beautiful
