This four-level townhome offers a unique, vertical layout with multiple staircases throughout. One bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is located on the ground level, while two additional bedrooms—each with their own ensuite—are situated on the upper levels, creating a comfortable and private setup for couples, friends, or small groups.

At the top, a private rooftop deck offers space to unwind, complete with an outdoor kitchen—ideal for morning coffee or evenings under the open sky.

A rare perk for this downtown location, the home also includes off-street garage parking, making arrivals and daily outings simple and stress-free.

Located just steps from Main Street, you can easily walk to a wide variety of restaurants, local tasting rooms, coffee shops, and boutique shopping. The seasonal farmers market is just across the street, and Walla Walla’s wineries and vineyards are only a short drive away.

Please note: The home spans four levels and requires the use of stairs; there is no elevator. Due to the layout and open staircases, the home is best suited for adults and children 12 and older.

House Rules:

Check-in is at 4:00 PM or later. Check-out is 10:00 AM. Early or late requests must be approved in advance and may include a fee.

Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. You may have up to 4 additional daytime visitors, provided they do not stay overnight and all house rules, including quiet hours and no events, are followed.

Exceeding the maximum overnight occupancy of the home without approval may result in a minimum $500 fee and/or immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.

No smoking or vaping inside the home. A minimum $250 fee will apply for violations.

Pets must be approved in advance where allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees.

This property includes a $50 Safely damage protection policy covering up to $3,000 in accidental damages. Guests are responsible for any damage not covered, including misuse or rule violations.

Please follow all posted rules for amenities (hot tub, pool, etc.), as additional fees may apply for misuse. Improper use of the hot tub that requires draining or additional cleaning may result in a $250 service fee.

Some homes may have exterior security cameras at entry points, which are disclosed within the listing. There are no cameras inside the home.

Homes on septic systems require care. Only toilet paper may be flushed. Do not flush wipes, paper towels, or feminine products, as damage may result.

Some properties may have additional restrictions such as no pets or adults-only policies. Please review the specific listing details for any home-specific guidelines.

Commercial photography, filming, or events are not allowed without prior approval.

For direct bookings, a 4% merchant service processing fee will be applied to all cancellations. This does not apply to reservations made through Airbnb or Marriott.

    From check in to check out this was a seamless experience. The property manager gave us updates on road construction we would encounter and was extremely helpful with questions we asked. The house was very clean and abundant in supplies and all things in the kitchen. There was a great variety of anything we could possibly need in the kitchen as we are foodies and love to cook. The bathrooms were well stocked with extra sundries and robes/slippers. We felt like we were at the spa. Much care and thought has obviously been put into making this property a comfortable place. 10/10 Would absolutely recommend and stay here again!

    Incredible trip to Walla Walla with friends. This places is one of the best layouts for 3 couples. Private bedrooms w individual bathrooms for each. Kitchen and Family room created an awesome hub for reminiscing about how much fun was had wine tasting in the valley.

    This was a 2-day stay in Walla Walla for wine tasting and visiting the area in the fall. We were five adults. The townhouse was extremely well-appointed and furnished. everything was new and clean. There was a spacious garage to park our car. The location is perfect with an easy 2 minute walk to the middle of downtown Walla Walla. This was a much better alternative to a hotel for a group of friends or family. We loved the place and will be back!

    This townhouse is wonderful. Immaculately clean and stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the bottle of wine and the rooftop deck immensely. The location was great. Just a short walk to local wineries, restaurants, and shops. Check in and check out was very simple without any issues. Will definitely will try to stay here when in Walla Walla again.

    Great location for walking to restaurants. Great apartment. 3 adults staying and having ensuite bathrooms for every bedroom was wonderful. Neighborhood behind it is a little sketchy but the restaurants are all in the other direction. Construction was going on out front starting at 6am, which wasn't great.

    My group of three loved this place! We each had our own bathroom, it was clean & the kitchen is incredibly well-stocked! Loved the fact that we could walk to shopping and dinner and tasting rooms! Highly recommend!
