Stayed Nov 6, 2025Location! Location! Location! Beachwalk villa is literally just a short walk from the beach near the beach parking lots at the end of the walkway to the beach which has very nice bathrooms and shower facilities. Even has a hose, to wash off your dog, and a big dog bowl for water.

Stayed Jun 19, 2025Location is great, but the condo is in serious need of upgrades. The blinds were missing slats in den and master, paint is peeling on the walls and ceilings, trash covered the grounds, skylights need shades, showers need shower curtains, kitchen dimmer needs to be replaced, shower heads need to be cleaned & replaced…and they don’t allow early check-in. The place is old and falling apart. There are other options on the island that are close to the ocean & have been upgraded.

Stayed Jun 6, 2025This is our second time staying in this house. Overall it works well for our family of 4. The location is great because it's the closest to the beach and also really close to the pool. Our only complaint is the master bedroom which needs some work. The bed is very creaky and the mattress is sunken in on one side. The whole bed needs to be replaced. Additionally it would be great to have a shade over the skylights which are directly over the bed.

Stayed Feb 1, 2025Pros- beach close by, nice walking paths, easy check in, bed comfortable, nice extras upon arrival of soap and other supplies. Cons- uncomfortable furniture, small glass supply, several light switches did not work, no working dishwasher (maintenance came and were unable to fix). outside needs maintenance.

Stayed Jun 22, 2024We had a great time in this condo for the second year, but it could use some updates and repairs. The blinds are horrible (family room & master bedroom), the skylights in the master could use some blinds or tint, the paint on ceilings is peeling and a broom would be a good thing to have to deal with sand.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We really enjoyed having a ground level condo where we could easily use the back entrance to get right on the beach walkway. It was convenient to put our bikes and beach wagon on the back porch. Also, really appreciated having fans available inside to help with the heat!
