Yes! there is a $30 cleaning fee to clean the grill. Propane tank is there but
the responsibility of the guest to fill if they'd like to use it!

Pool heat and Hot tub heat together will be $125 for 3 nights and $150 for
every 7 nights.

• Are the community pools heated year-round
Absolutely! The grand pool is heated all year round!

The pools open at 9 am and close at 9 pm daily.


• What are the minimum height restrictions for the waterslides
Riders must be at least 36 inches tall and only one rider at a time.
