DISNEY LUXURY 9BR 6BA VILLA HEATED POOL, HOT TUB, HOME THEATRE

The location of the property and the size of the home are the only thing I enjoyed. It easily accommodates multiple families. My recent trip did not go as planned but we made the most of it. This particular property needs a whole different cleaning crew, because the current one is definitely not doing their job. We were up until 2am our first night cleaning stained sheets and wiping down surfaces with Clorox wipes after driving 9 hours. We planned on being in the pool and hot tub the entire 5 day trip and this did not happen because the jacuzzi did not have any water and the pool pump/filter was not working until our last full day. The owner did stay in touch, but I feel that a property of this size and for the cost should’ve been up to par before we even arrived. I will not be staying at this property ever again and I do not care to spend anymore money at any Windsor at Westside resort property. This was my kids first trip to Florida, first trip to Disney, and I was so disappointed with the accommodations. I pray things improve and the next guest has a better experience with this property than my family and I did. There’s so much more that I could add to this review but it will not change the experience we had. This was a live and learn moment.

We had seven adults, 8 children (including 2 infants), and 1 dog. Celebrating my niece’s first bday. 4 Vehicles. Check-in was smooth, with all of us checking in at different times for a gate card. The driveway has room for two SUV’s and the other two Vehicles parked on the road, in front of house. No problems with Wi-Fi access or streaming to any of the TV’s in the house. There were two available WiFi signals, both were stable. The house was as pictured on the site. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs, the remaining bedrooms/bathrooms and game room are located upstairs. The movie theater is what was once the garage area. Kitchen has basic cooking gear. It has a K-cup coffee maker. Anything more and you’ll need to bring. For example we purchased some 13x9 baking pans, etc. Plenty of room for a few people to be in there preparing food. Dining area was plenty spacious for our group. Laundry room has two washers and two dryers.Publix and a Walmart is a 10 - 15 min drive. 7-eleven around the corner (5 min). Disney MK parking lot was about 20 to 25 min and Sea World was 30 to 40 min. DoorDash had no problems entering gate to deliver food, a few times. Pool was clean. It was used daily.Abe contacted us during our drive down. And he remained attentive during the whole stay. Only had a few questions, but he answered each quickly. Over all a nice place to stay for a large group. No problems with any of the house, its equipment or its appliances.

I had an amazing stay at this home! It was immaculately clean and incredibly spacious, making it the perfect choice for our group. The location was fantastic, conveniently close to various shopping venues and restaurants, which made it easy to explore and enjoy the area.One of the highlights of our stay was the thoughtfully designed amenities. We loved having a movie theater for movie nights—it was such a fun and unique feature. The pool table and lounge area provided great entertainment for everyone, and the dining room table was large enough to comfortably seat all 12 of us, which was a huge plus for group meals.The outdoor area was just as impressive, with a pool and space to relax and unwind. The attention to detail in creating a welcoming, enjoyable space was evident throughout the property.Overall, this home offered an exceptional experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and conveniently located place to stay. I’m already looking forward to returning!”

Excellent home with everything that is advertised In the listing and more!! The theater was a family favorite during our visit! The pool and jacuzzi were clean and worked perfectly! The host is very welcoming and willing to help with any questions or other matters which may arise! I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area

My fiance (now wife!) and I stayed at this property the weekend of my wedding and could not have been happier with it. Abe, the owner, was extremely helpful and responsive if we had any issues or questions. We had multiple gatherings here prior to the day of the wedding and it was perfect for hosting. Large indoor space and a clean pool. The location was perfect as well. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Disney traffic but close enough to be an easy drive to it. I cannot say enough nice things about the property and the owner. Would rent this property again!

We stayed for a week in March with a large family and had plenty of space for everyone to relax and visit. So many options for everyone to enjoy - foosball, pool, TV, swimming, hot tub, movie theater. The location was convenient to Disney (20-30 min) and the clubhouse was a big hit for everyone. We had a number of small issues, none of them preventing us from wanting to visit again, but things we would have assumed would be working like: - Pool was extremely dirty when we arrived, but this was resolved within a day - 2nd fridge doesn't work at all - ice maker doesn't dispense ice at all - Freezer doesn't close properly so it can be easily left open ajar and cause things to thaw - Parking on the street - we were told to park on the street but not warned that you cannot park on the grass, and had 3 cars barely on the grass (6) who all received written warning stickers that were stuck to our driver side windows so well that it took literally hours of scraping and scrubbing to remove them. Overall, it is a great space with so many amenities and options and we would probably visit again despite the few issues.

Our stay at Abe and Bella’s home was fantastic. The kids enjoyed the pool, and the adults lived in the amazing hot tub. The pool table and home theater are so much fun! Even with 11 adults, and 3 kids there was plenty room for quiet time. The area was quiet and really enjoyed walking my dog. Great communication with Abe, and he resolved any issues quickly ( very few). I would definitely recommend this home, and host. We are all ready planning a trip back to this amazing place! But this time we plan on 10 days!!!! Thank you Abe and Bella

Wonderful home and its as advertised. Four night stay for a long weekend to celebrate 2 family member's birthdays. Everyone who stayed and our visitors were more than pleased with your home and what it had to offer. Paid for the 24 hour pool heating and 3 day minimum grill rental. Two minor hiccups. Both grills were locked and one tank was empty while the other was half full. Contacted Abe and received a timely response which rectified all. Grill was only used on last day so I recommend checking it upon arrival to avoid any unexpected circumstances. The main refrigerator leaks from the bottom when the drinking water dispenser is utilizedThe customer service provided by Abe was stellar. He reached out (via phone call) prior to my arrival date to discuss the cost of the additional services I requested. I appreciate good customer service and that was well provided. Looking forward to our next visit. Thank you again for making your home available.

We came here for our son’s wedding. The house was incredible! Loved the features and the atmosphere! Everything was as advertised. We did have to communicate with the owner over a leaky refrigerator and he was very attentive. The last two days I had questions regarding the laundry and he did not write back at all. I’m sure they were busy, we figured it out, but communication would have been nice. Overall it’s a great property, a great location and a great space! Thanks Bella and Abe! We did love your place!!!

Very clean and spacious house for family reunion. 9 bedrooms of which we used 6. Spacious kitchen/dining area downstairs and game room/hangout area upstairs. And garage turned into a theatre room! Close and convenient to Disney parks. Downsides/reasons for 4-star instead of 5-star: - Heated pool & hot tub advertised in title yet $35/day (min 3 days) charge for heat only listed far down in description. How can one advertise “hot tub” only to tack on charge to make hot tub actually hot? - Way too much communication and too many interruptions: Day 1: 27 text messages, phone call, handyman for 1 hour which turned into 2 hours Day 2: another phone call, another handyman visit Day 3: 9 more text messages, yet another handyman visit - Washing machine didn’t work so we couldn’t do laundry before leaving for our cruise and will have to spend extra time/money doing laundry on cruise If there weren’t extra fees, overcommunication, daily handyman interruptions, and if everything in house had worked, then it’d be a 5-star experience. I’d like to think we were just unlucky with timing and it’s usually a 5-star experience. Owners definitely seem to care and try to give guests a great experience. So I’d still recommend giving this property a try.
