⭐Direct Oceanfront Private Villa - w/Pool and Beach view-Walk to Coligny Plaza⭐

We booked this property based on the location and reviews of past travelers. We were not disappointed. Great location and the unit was tucked away from busy road and was quiet to any street noise. The unit is both ocean and pool front. No one was swimming this time of year but opening the sliding doors to hear, smell and see the ocean proved to be just what we wanted. The waking path to the beach was short and well maintained. The property was clean and well equipped. Communication with the property managers due to the front door locked was easy and they provided immediate feedback. We will definitely stay here again.

Our hosts were very responsive in letting us know the details of our stay (how to get into the complex, WiFi code, door codes). The condo was roomy, comfortable and very clean. The view from the balcony was fabulous! The walk to the main Coligney area for shopping, eating, bike rentals was a short one. We would definitely recommend anyone to stay in the unit.

Fantastic stay. House was very clean and had everything we need for a weekend getaway with the family. Second bedroom has two twins which was perfect for the kids. Will stay here again.

The pool was great and our beachfont view was excellent. My brother inlaw an I helped the profits of the Tiki Hut. The only minor issue is the condo smelled a little musty when we first entered. The condo was really clean

We had a great stay! Great location for walking to restaurants. Quiet, couldn’t hear anything outside when the doors were shut. Everything as advertised!

This unit is in a great location - walking distance to Coligny Plaza and steps from the beach. The pool area is very nice and well maintained (bug spray is helpful with all of the foliage around the pool).The unit itself is nice and clean. We had an AC issue but that was resolved quickly (communication with hosts was very good). The washer/dryer is coin operated and there is only one set for the entire building. We never had to wait to use it but I would have packed differently had that been clearer in the listing, which is the only reason I am mentioning it. This was a great spot for me and my husband!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this oceanfront condo near Coligny. The place was right on the beach and had everything we needed. Our hosts were fabulous and extremely responsive when we had an issue with the internet. They called the cable company and had a service call scheduled the next morning. We walked to restaurants, shopping and the Tiki Bar. Can’t wait to come back next year!

The two most important factors I take into consideration when renting a property is cleanliness and location . This property exceeded expectations in both areas . It’s a short walk to the beach and to Coligny . We stayed for the weekend and once we parked on Friday , we didn’t get back in our car until we left on Sunday . The condo is gated and feels safe. We walked to Coligny for morning coffee and dinner at night . The owner is great at communicating all the information needed for a great stay . Thank you so much for a fun weekend away !

We absolutely loved this property for its location and it was the perfect amount of space for ourselves and two teen kids. The condo building was overall very quiet but beware that it’s close enough to Tiki Bar that you can hear the music late into the night with the windows open but if you shut them, you can’t hear a thing - they are truly soundprooof! The AC is a bit complicated to get working but the host was super responsive and their directions made it easy to get it going again. It’s such an easy walk to the beach and it’s far enough from the entrance to Coligny that the beach wasn’t crowded at all. We would love to rent this property again on a future visit, we come a few times a year and this was our favorite rental of many!

The owners were exceptionally caring and responded ..The condo was clean and comfortable...Just like the add showed.Easy access to the beach and the 2nd floor end unit was outstanding...Great location to the unique stores and restaurants.. The pool and the property was clean.we would go back in a pinch...Can't go wrong with this place...

Perfect location for a heritage weekend. Right across from the shuttle pickup and the view is outstanding. Will book this again!!!

Our family loved staying here at this property. Everything was clean from the actual property itself, to the grounds that the condo sits on. The views of the pool and ocean are perfect, even from the bedroom. We love the mature trees next to the deck that also overlooks the ocean. Beach access was nice and the beach in front of and near the property are also clean with lots of real estate to set up a beach day with the family. The location is very walkable to Coligny Plaza, where there are tons of shops and restaurants. The host is friendly and will answer your questions if you have any. We bet anyone who books here will enjoy it!

Nice place!

We have stayed in this condo twice now. We continue to choose this condo for the amazing ocean views and proximity to the beach, just a very short walk from the condo. We feel safe and comfortable there. There is a gated parking lot and locked gate at beach entrance. It’s also a great location for riding bikes. Nice pool area. We like that it’s a small condo complex so not overly crowded.

It was perfect for what we needed! It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we could see the ocean from the balcony. It was also a short walk to the beach. Would stay here again!

Beautiful beachfront condo. Looked just like the listing. Very comfortable and well appointed. The owners were very responsive. We had a wonderful stay. Would definitely return.

Everything about this place is exactly as described. The photos don't do it justice. This condo and the beach are excellent. We plan to book again next year. The host went above and beyond to accommodate us during a tropical event that occurred on the day of our check out. This is an excellent place and I couldn't recommend it enough for a family with children.

Overall we really enjoyed our time. The owner was very receptive and had great communication. The pool was nice and it was steps from the beach. Cleanliness was the only issue. If they got a new company to clean, this would be a 5 star rating.
