I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1202 Villamare I has a lovely location but unfortunately needs a better equipped kitchen, newer guest room shower. The shower is very small and leaks water onto the floor each time it is used. The towel bars fell off of the wall in the guest shower room. The screen door to the balcony is off the track and couldn’t be moved even after maintenance was called.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Villamare 1202 is well located in this development. We enjoyed our stay and the only negatives are the need for both walk-in showers to be updated. The shower in the 2nd bedroom leaks out into the BR floor. Besides having to keep a soggy towel in the floor, this could cause further problems if not repaired. Both this problem as well as the lack of an operating sliding door screen on door going out to patio, should be repaired ASAP. The request for said repairs has already been pointed out in review by prior guests the week before us. It looks like this unit will be vacant for the next two weeks which would be the perfect time to make repairs. We would probably pass on renting 1202 in its current condition.
