The villa is set in a very quiet area next to the legendary calypso cave in Xaghra. Entrance is through a huge carport which canaccommodate in privacy several vehicles.Its surrounded by lush mature garden. The villa is completely detached and enjoys sea and unobstructed country views from every single window in every room. You can bask in the sun or simply enjoy nature from its terraces, read a book and admire the breathtaking views. Amenities include large swimming pool,outdoor heated 6 person jacuzzi, Outdoor dining facilities ,sun loungers and umbrellas. Separate bathroom with shower is located next to the pool .
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, reverse osmosis fresh water maker, large American style fridge and freezer, with ice maker, cold running drinking water, and extra fridge with freezer. Electric hob, oven and microwave oven. All the 6 bedrooms, lounge area and kitchen are air conditioned.

Bedrooms
1.The master bedroom at the ground floor level with queen size double bed has en suite Jacuzzi bath.

2. The second bedroom facing east enjoys sea views and ramla bay valley views.

3.Third bedroom facing south on the second floor with queen size double bed enjoys country views and towering views of the village of xaghra. It has en suite Jacuzzi bath.

4.Fourth bedroom , width standard size double bed,has also en suite bathroom, it has a large south facing balcony.

5.The separate games room next to the pool has further sleeping facilities with 4 extra single beds and a sofa that can be converted into a single bed . the games room also has a large 60-inch TV , with soundbar and internet connection for multimedia streaming

6.The 6th bedroom is located by the pool and has a large double bed giving a total sleeping capacity of 15 persons.

The lounge has a 60 inch hd lcd tv, with IP TV , live streaming of major international sporting events and international channels with diverse content to choose from. Fireplace in lounge for cosy winter nights. Kitchen and lounge are air conditioned as well , which makes the villa fully air conditioned throught.
Separate laundry room has washer dryer and two large handwash basins.

The villa is situated next to Calypso cave and a 20 minute walk from ramla bay.

The airconditioning and jacuzzi are pay per use. They are opearted via coin meters with electricity consumption being charged at cost price.
