Detached 4 bed villa, private pool, sea views and bbq area

The location of the house is amazing, nice view with beautiful sunsets, the pool area is great. The size of the house is suitable for 6 to 8 people. The living room and the rooms are cozy. The house could be cleaner in some parts, the house is quit old and needs some modernisation especially the bathrooms and kitchen. It would be nice to have pillows for the sun lounger and chairs outside.

We enjoyed being in Costa Paradiso. The website description is accurate. During July, it was very hot and we had to sleep with windows and doors closed because of mosquitoes. Which we had selected a house with A/C (our fault). There is also a sewer smell that comes from the drains each afternoon. It was bad. Be sure to put drain plugs in each morning. Hosts offered to move us but we had already booked something else.

This lovely home is perfectly located between beautiful coves and a fantastic beach. The pool was great for our kids to beat the heat.

The seven days we spent living in this property were wonderful. This part of Sardinia is gorgeous. The house was comfortable and the pool was great. Our biggest problem was that we did not have Wi-Fi, and we did not know that in advance. It made it difficult for us to be in touch with the owner, and many things were missing when we arrived. When we were able to contact the owner, after having done a very large shop, she was very accommodating and brought us some of the missing items, like beach towels , laundry detergent, toilet paper, shampoo, etc. I would say that renting through Vrbo this time was disappointing only because so little was provided in the house for us… That was part of the contract, but not my usual experience with Vrbo, and not indicated when the booking was made . Other than that, the house is lovely, it housed seven of us. One of the bedrooms is really hard to find as it is located outside of the house off of the patio. It took us a while to find it. But then there were enough beds for all of us. The hostess, Valentina, was very easy to work with and accommodating once we were able to reach her. Overall experience very enjoyable.

Stunning location and views. Lovely terrace and private pool. Sea and beaches nearby (by car). Great location. Peaceful but with access to local shops. Helpful staff at the villa-rental company. Couple of things to note: a) no wifi; b) lots of mosquitoes.

Good for a weeks R&R. Basic villa with some rustic charm, no air con but spacious. Selling point is the seaview terrace and private pool, perfect for the evening setting sun. Is within a large village complex hence good supermarket, bars etc, all a short drive away. However it is not at all overdeveloped or crowded. Beaches are rocky but good for snorkelling. Li Cossi is a sandy beach a short drive and 15 minute walk away. Good prompt and helpful communication with the owner.

We had a lovely 10 days at the Villa sharing with another family, so 4 adults and 4 children in total. The Villa is in a stunning location, with fantastic sea views for incredible sundowners and beautiful mornings overlooking the ocean. The Villa is very charming and fairly rustic, with no air-con (fans are provided) or wifi. The outdoor eating areas are perfect - at the front for breakfast/lunch and in the delightfully lit courtyard area with bbq at the back for night time (remember mosquito spray as there were lots around!) The Villa has lots of storage in the 2 main bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms and lots of equipment in the kitchen, plus dishwasher and washing machine. There is a supermarket and some small shops a 5 min drive away. The surrounding area is stunning - Li Cossi beach is fabulous. We also loved the neighbouring beach, Cala Sarraina, with a great beach bar and the gorgeous La Cala restaurant. We visited Isola Rossa, which is a lovely harbour town with several beachside restaurants. There is also a very nice beach restaurant called 'Calypso' further South along the beach at Badesi. Our kids obviously really loved the water park near Isola Rossa too! Within Costa Paradiso, we had some good food at the Hotel Costa Paradiso overlooking the water. We also had a lovely evening in Maya, a really great restaurant overlooking the sea, with a very nice bar, Baronda directly below - great for sundowners after the beach and fabulous ice creams day and night. We would very much recommend the villa and the area. Val was very good to communicate with and we had a great time.

The villa is really nice with a great view over the ocean. The villa and swimming pool were clean. The surroundings are beautiful. The roads are steep, having a car is to prefer. The restaurants and supermarkets are 2,5 km from the villa, a bit far to carry shopping bags. Costa Paradiso is a quiet and nice place.

We spent 1 week in this property. It's located in a very beautiful place, sunset views from the swim.pool. The place is exclusive and gives a very good chance to disconnect. We found a house very clean, swimming pool as well. The owner was always responsive.
