This is 2 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Villa and can accommodate 6 people comfortably. This Villa has been converted into a single unit rather than a lock-off (side A & B). Perfect for a romantic getaway for 2 or a family vacation!

A cleaning fee of $95 is required and will be used toward the final cleaning of the villa. Additional cleaning can be purchased and coordinated through the concierge upon arrival.

Cancellation Notice:
Regardless of when cancelled, Holiday rentals are non-refundable. However, if the Owner re-rents the Premises for that same period, Owner will refund that portion of the rent paid that is recovered by Owner re-renting the Premises for that same period less: 1) a $500.00 USD administration fee; AND 2) the VRBO fees (including “service fees”), if any.

With the exception of Holiday rentals, reservations may be cancelled up to sixty (60) days prior to commencement of the rental period. If cancelled between 30 – 60 days before commencement of rental period, 50% will be refunded. If the Guest cancels the reservation less than thirty (30) days from the commencement of the rental period, the entire amount is non-refundable.
