Davenport/Orlando Vacation House, Game Room, Water Park Access, Heated Pool.

Easy check-in. Appreciated the Christmas tree! Good communication with a few resolved issues. Would have appreciated more items in the kitchen as we cooked in quite a bit.

Great week, host was great! Only complaint was we could not use the pool after first day, the pine trees are so close to screen that the dirt on trees fell into pool so pool was dirty and not enough chemicals in pool that algae was growing all around the sides, from alot of daily rain ,,no pool cleaner comes during the week they must just come clean pool before next check in , and family that stayed in upstairs rooms said the shower water smelled like sulphur smell don’t know if that is a issue around that area , but would recommend it’s a beautiful house well kept and nice gated area

Beautiful home in a great location for an adult Disney trip. Plenty of space for everyone and we loved the private pool. Host was VERY responsive, answering our questions promptly. Would stay again!

The property is as listed. Property offered generous space for my large family and pets and is close to Disney attractions and local shopping district. Communication with property manager was good. I had to contact the manager for check in info ans to be added to property for parking,

I stayed at this property in the beginning of August 2025 with my family and I loved it. We all loved how clean and pristine the property is. The pool is the perfect size, it was actually a big size. We were also able to enjoy the community water park. The owner is absolutely nice and welcoming. This beautiful home is situated in a gated community. You will need to drive 2 -3 miles to certain shopping center. Property is not far from Disney, and other Theme Parks, or even the beach. Property had beach chairs, and a game room. This home has Upscale bathrooms and kitchen. There are plenty of towels available in the linen closet and in the bathrooms throughout the home. Lastly, it is a spacious single family house. Loved it!

Loved the pool. Beds were comfortable. Not far from restaurants and grocery stores. The property was a corner lot so there was only one neighbor, which was a plus for us.

Our week long stay was amazing! The house was beautiful with lots of room. The host was very quick to respond to any questions.

Great property for a base for a theme park holiday

The house and pool are amazing. The photos do not do this place justice. The hosts are great, response times to questions or concerns were very quick and they always had the answer. We were here a week and only left the property one day for entertainment- we loved the pool and house so much we didn’t want to leave!

Place was exactly as listed. Beautiful spot and wonderful communication

First, our host Nhut was great. Very responsive and nice. We totally enjoyed the location and house. We were three couples that had plenty of room and privacy. The pool is well maintained and heated as arranged. I would definitely rent this property again.

The home is absolutely beautiful! Large yard for the dog and plenty of bedrooms. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. They were literally one text away, and assisted us quickly with any questions. I would absolutely stay here again!

I was very impressed with this house. The host was amazing and very accessible and easy to communicate with. In addition they were also very accommodating and helpful during our stay. The house was immaculate and the beds were super comfy. Highly recommend

Villa was absolutely perfect, and in an amazing location. Not far from the parks, but far enough away to be free from the hustle and bustle. complex on site had a lazy river, a slide and good sized pool. Food and drinks were a fair price. Had great communication with the host throughout our stay, and they honestly couldnt do enough for us. I would recommend this place to anybody in a heartbeat.

5 stars all around...if I could give a 10 I would! We had an amazing stay at this establishment! The hosts, Kelly and Nhut, were wonderful! From when we scheduled our vacation stay until the day we left their communication was top-notch! The house was beautiful, very clean, and we felt right at home. We had a fantastic stay and look forward to the opportunity to stay here again in the future.

The property was spacious and well equipped. The rooms were large, beds big and TVs super big. Everything worked and was clean. Would be fantastic for a large family or families sharing.

We had a very nice time at the house, and hope to come back to it soon.

This house is fantastic !!!!! Our stay here was just great & the facilities were second to none. Communication with the home owner was simple & nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely stay here again & recommend this house to our friends & family.

We travel to Florida frequently and this home was amazing. The house and pool were great. We did encounter some neighbors that were playing super loud music that had lyrics that were definitely not meant for kids - which this area is family friendly-on more than one occasion. One of the neighbors called security and all was well but please be aware. All in all we will be back.
