I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the condo. I had to sweep when I first got there. We found a used washcloth in the tub area. The furniture was dusty and found sand on the night stand. I truly worry what wasn’t cleaned that I could not see. I think someone should check the cleaning before people check in.

The condo was very clean & very well stocked with quality towels, dishes & glassware. Everything was in working order & we never had to call maintenance for any issues. The condo’s rooms are big except for a small kitchen. The one small complaint I have is that the photo showing the ocean out the window makes it appear that you have an ocean view which you do not. I would stay here again though.

We checked in Saturday night and checked out Tuesday morning. When we entered the property, everything seemed nice and clean. However, when I saw the shower in the master bedroom it was covered in soap scum. You can tell that no one bothered to clean the shower. On Monday evening, while taking a shower I noticed something on the top of the shower rack...it was a used bar of soap and used complimentary bottles of shampoo and condition. So I know for a fact that the shower was NOT cleaned before we got there. This is very disturbing considering there's a pandemic going on. I would expect the property to be spotless.

Property is in a perfect location. Condo could use a little TLC with some new beds and some fresh paint in living room.

Condo living with a resort feel. Condo was great and had everything you need to make meals (even a blender if you want to make some frozen drinks) and do laundry. There are also charcoal BBQs in a public section with tables that you can use if you want to BBQ (need to buy your charcoal). Really nice having two full bathrooms and the bedrooms are big. Condo is at the back of the property by the entrance and fitness centre but we enjoyed watching the turtles in the pond every morning from our deck. It was only a two minute walk to the pool and there were always chairs available and you are right on the ocean. We had bikes delivered and they were in the garage when we arrived and really enjoyed biking on all the bike paths in HHI. People were very friendly everywhere we went and we would definately go back. There was a nice mix of vacationers and residents at Villamare.

Staff was very friendly and helpful when booking my vacation. Our villa was really clean and felt very comfortable. This is my 3rd time staying at this property and I have always had a great experience!! Great vacation, will be back!!
