Great place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: - Had to stack suitcases on top of bedroom wardrobe, stored stuff under the bed, nowhere to put dirty laundry, the vacuum, broom and mop are all standing up behind a chair in the living room because there’s no storage closet.- Pictures in listing show bar stools at the counter but they weren’t there.- Bathroom sink AND tub are very slow to drain.- One of the neighbor condos smoked outside which ran us off the balcony several times.- The balcony sliding door is RIDICULOUSLY heavy!!!- The sliding vertical blinds are broken. They don’t slide shut, 3 panels are missing and only half of them rotate and close, the handle is bent 4 different ways.- There’s no dish rag or sponge to wash dishes.- Couldn’t get the tv to work in the bedroom.- Lots of mold on bathroom ceiling.- Washer/Dryer combo isn’t working properly. We washed 2 bathroom towels, 2 hand towels and 4 washcloths, but after 8 hours in the dryer, we had to hang them outside to dry. The owner offered to have someone come and look at it but we declined. We thought we could figure it out and find a manual online but we weren’t able to.- Bedroom is about 75 sq ft leaving very little room to walk. Also keeping in mind that about 10 sq ft of the room is taken up by the bed and furniture.- Bedroom outlets sparked when we plugged in our cell chargers.- Recommend bringing a power strip or a few extension cords.- Recommend bringing some small suction cup hooks to hang stuff in bathroom and/or shower (hand towel, loofah, wash cloth, etc).- EXCELLENT view of the ocean. Only 200 steps to the beach from the unit.

Will definitely stay

This is a beautiful condo! Perfect for a couples getaway! Everything is so nice! The view is phenomenal! I highly recommend this condo!

It is a good location in the complex, with great views. It was clean, comfortable and had a nice layout. The kitchen was attractive and had good amenities. The deck flooring was a newer synthetic wood and was smooth and comfortable. The bottom line is we will return and that says it all.

Fantastic location! Beautiful view of beach from inside and on the balcony of the property. Walks on either side of the balcony blocked the wind and so with the sun shining in, even in February we could enjoy being warm. I would stay here again.

Lowcountry Park is also within walking distance with lots to enjoy. Our unit was in need of some repairs.

The paint in the bathroom was peeling off the walls. The tub floor was dirty. The ceiling fan was covered in dust. The rug was filthy. We spent an hour cleaning before we could unpack. The blinds were broken and falling off. The sliding door would not open. I wanted an ocean view with a deck but I was unable to open the sliding glass door. There was suppose to be an inspection before we could check in. Not sure how it passed that. I called about the door and they came quickly. The door was checked out, I was told by text it was not fixable without a part. I asked for a call to discuss this further and never heard back.

Great location. Love the addition of the elevators. We were granted early check in which was wonderful. Really appreciated that. Sliding doors need work- very hard to open.

Our stay was great. We had a wonderful time. As far as the room goes it was very comfortable and clean. Had everything we needed. The shower was GREAT. A combination of the water pressure and the shower head. Best ever. The sliding door to the balcony was really hard to open and close but we managed. Perfect location for the beach, shopping and all great restaurants were within walking distance. Parked when we arrived and never got in the vehicle again until we left. Would definitely stay here again.
