Stayed May 16, 2024Pros- Spacious, good location, good communication with management team Cons- Not cleaned 100% on arrival, Pool cleaning not great at all on day of leaving a new pool cleaner turned up and was 1000% better which we wished would have happened earlier, Few issues with bugs but was dealt with well my management team

Stayed Mar 3, 2023The house was very nice, just as pictured, pool was great although the hot tub had some issue and was not running properly, the host was right on it and working with us right away to try make it right. Unfortunately the hot tub didn't work right for our visit the rest of the place was beautiful. I would visit again but would love for the hot tub to be working. Thanks guys.

Stayed Feb 1, 2023To start with, the key lock box was difficult to open and there was only one key that worked. The house really smells for cigarette smoke. The home itself is very nice, especially the bathrooms. The pool area is large and the pool is large. We paid for heating the pool which didn't work for half of our stay. . The pool cleaners said there were a lot of issues with the pool heater. The vacuum cleaner for the home was filled with dirt which kept it from picking up anything. The hair dryers were clogged with lint, which made them unsafe to use. The worst part, was communication with the management team. There are 17 emails going back and forth on the pool heat and on the air-conditioning system that had a leak and needed to be repaired. I am also still waiting for a refund on the pool heat which was promised on February 23, 2023. This is the first rental property that I have been disappointed in.
