Cozy 2-Bedroom Shipyard Villa Steps to Beach – Bikes, Bch Locker, 5-Star Comfort

The owners of their rental have thought of everything for your stay. Very clean and well maintained. Two spacious bedrooms, good stocked kitchen that allowed us to cook our own meals. Nice floor plan and the deck looked out onto the golf course. Short walk to the beach with bikes and beach chairs available if the weather would have only cooperated. High speed internet allowed me to work remotely without any issues. Any questions the owners got back to me right away. Very good location, a short drive to any HHI attraction. Hoping to make this an annual visit. Thank you Pat and Steve, best week ever!

Excellent property!

This property was everything that was shown on the VRBO sight! Fully equipped kitchen, nicely decorated, conveniently located. We enjoyed it so much that we rebooked for a week in April 2026! Wonderful communication with owner!

We had a great time

The property was great! Kitchen well stocked, and every small detail was thought of like plenty of hangers in the closets, luggage holders, and plenty of outlets to charge all the devices. Also having bikes available to use was really nice!

Everything was as described. Love that there is ample seating in the living room. Comfortable beds. Owners are very easy to work with and provided quick answers to everything we asked. Will for sure stay here again! Loved the bikes and beach locker!

This is a very nice villa in a great location within the Shipyard Plantation. It is comfortable and very well equipped. Communication with the owners was outstanding with detailed instructions provided. The owners also provided use of bikes and a gas grill, extras that we enjoyed and don't often find. Afternoons tended to get quite warm inside the villa during our March stay. We couldn't figure out how to turn the air on and in retrospect should have asked the owners so that's on us. Overall just a wonderful stay in paradise.

The property was exactly as advertised. Accommodations were some of the best we have experienced. Had direct communications with the property owners who were very supportive in insuring that we had everything that we needed for ou stay. Great overal experience.

The location was great for our family and we truly appreciated the bikes, each chairs etc. The was a minor plumbing problem and the owner was very responsive and it was repaired quickly. Thanks for the fun vacation location.

Beautiful townhouse very close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood that was perfect for our family of 3 and we would happily stay here again.
