Welcome to Villa Solmar, your serene retreat nestled in the heart of Calpe. This charming, Spanish-style villa offers the perfect blend of comfort and luxury, boasting 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private pool, and beautiful garden, all just a short stroll from the breathtaking Puerto Blanco beach.



As you arrive, a private driveway welcomes you through a gated entrance, providing parking for 2 to 3 cars. Step inside and be greeted by a warm and inviting hallway, leading you tothe heart of the home. To your right, discover a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with modern amenities including a fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, water kettle, and toaster. Adjacent lies the dining area, complete with air conditioning and seamlessly flowing into the spacious living room. Adorned with beautiful high ceilings and rustic beams, the living room offers a cozy corner sofa, Smart TV, and direct access to the covered terrace. And you can stay connected with complimentary WiFi.



On the ground level is also a bedroom featuring a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe space, and an ensuite bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.



Ascend the internal staircase to discover two additional elegantly appointed bedrooms, each offering a restful ambiance with comfortable double beds, air conditioning, and wardrobe space. One of the bedrooms has access to a private balcony, perfect for enjoying the tranquil surroundings. A shared bathroom completes the upper level, featuring a bath/shower combination, toilet, and sink.



Step outside to discover the true essence of Mediterranean living, as Villa Solmar welcomes you to its enchanting private garden oasis, fully south-facing. Find your perfect spot to relax and unwind, with ample lounging areas, a dining table for al fresco meals, and inviting sun beds beckoning you to soak up the Spanish sun. Take a refreshing dip in the sparkling 8x4 private pool (can be heated on request, see conditions below), a serene sanctuary where you can escape the cares of the world.



With its idyllic location just 750 meters from Puerto Blanco beach and 2 kilometers from the charm of Calpe's old town, Villa Solmar invites you to experience the best of coastal living in the heart of the Costa Blanca. Please note:

1: Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this home.

2: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 6 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.

3: The house is located in a residential area. Parties and noise after 22:00 are strictly prohibited at all times.

4: The pool can be heated on request from April 1 to November 1. The costs are €25 per day and start from the day we turn on the pump.

5: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.

6: This accommodation is equipped with an alarm system. Its use is optional but provides extra security during your stay. If you have any questions about the system, feel free to contact us!
