The Jazz, a boutique-style Ibiza-inspired villa just 600 meters from the golden sands of Playa de la Fustera and only 300 meters from the nearest supermarket. This stylish villa accommodates up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, thoughtfully divided over two independent levels—ideal for families or groups seeking both space and privacy.



True to its name, The Jazz has character and charm. Its distinctive interior design features refined, modern décorsubtly blended with musical touches—think a piano, saxophone, and vintage vinyl player—creating a one-of-a-kind atmosphere for guests who appreciate the harmony of comfort, design, and music.



Outside you’ll discover a lush, Mediterranean-inspired garden complete with palm trees, cacti, and native flora. At its heart is a 9x5-meter swimming pool (heating available on request - see details below), bordered by sun loungers and tranquil chill-out zones. Unwind on the sunken round sofa, perfect for relaxed evenings under the stars, or host intimate gatherings under the romantic gazebo, which can even be used for small wedding ceremonies.



Enter the villa via the exterior staircase to a covered naya with a dining table, Green Egg barbecue and partial sea views. Inside, the main living area features a cozy sofa, Smart TV, air conditioning, and a dining area. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need: fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso machine.



Down the hall, you’ll find three air-conditioned bedrooms. Two feature double beds and share a bathroom with a shower, while the third offers two single beds and its own ensuite bathroom, also with a shower.



The lower level offers a fully self-contained apartment—ideal for multi-generational families or friends traveling together. It includes a private living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. There are two air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom: one features a walk-in shower, while the other offers both a bathtub and a walk-in shower.



Head up to the rooftop terrace for even more sea views, the perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening drink. The property also includes free on-site parking and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout.

Pool heating:

The pool can be heated on request from April 1st to November 1st. The costs are €25 per day and start from the day we turn on the pump.

1: Smoking and pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

2: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 10 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.

3: The house is located in a residential area. Parties and excessive noise after 22:00 are prohibited.

4: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.
