Stayed Mar 23, 2025This villa has 2 things going for it - the position and view , and the privacy on a headland as the highest villa around . It was immaculately clean and the cleaning and grounds workers were excellent The local property manager met us after 10 pm on a Sunday when we checked in , to do a walk around and arranged groceries and a meal as I had requestedThe villa is dated in terms of its facilities . I was surprised at the pushback and lack of available facilities - we arrived 23/3 and there was no use of the indoor hot tub ( which was drained ) nor sauna even when it was cold , and the pool heating became a week long conversation despite agreeing to pay for heating . Towels were threadbare , appliances old and worn with issues , and no toiletries / kitchen cleaners / toilet paper were supplied apart from hand soap and 1 roll per bathroom The villa is at the top of a very steep drive , my Audi struggled to get up , and it took conversations to have the driveway lit so I was not backing in the dark , down a very steep incline to allow a hillstart We spent 2 very pleasant weeks in Corfu in the spring - we encountered charming and wonderful people who shared their experiences with us in a lovely way The villa was

Stayed Jun 27, 2024We were a party of 11 made of 3 families with teenage kids and we absolutely enjoyed our stay at St. Nicholas beach house. The house was spacious enough for everyone to feel comfortable and had many spots to spend time together while enjoying spectacular views. The path to the private beach is a bit steep but well maintained and is absolutely doable for anyone in good physical form (we went for a swim in the sea several times a day). The location of the house is fantastic, you feel calm and isolated from the crowd while inside the property, but you can easily access multiple shops and tavernas within a 15 min drive. Special mention goes to the staff (Kiki the house manager, Ionella the housekeeper, Nikos the handyman) who were always around and ready to assist with any question or issue, while managing to remain non-intrusive (just one example - the dishwasher stopped working one evening, it was replaced the following morning). We highly recommend this villa and are very likely to come back in the future.

Stayed May 14, 2023My family and I had a wonderful time staying at the St Nicholas beach villa. The vills is located in a most beautiful, private location with breathtaking views in all directions. Kassiopi and Kalami are pretty beach towns that are 18 and 25 minutes away by car offering shopping and a great selection of restaurants. There’s also a number of tavernas on the beach at St Spyridon which are within walking distance from the villa. The owner proved really helpful before and during our stay and has a great team supporting him who are there to look after all your needs . A great experience..

Stayed May 23, 2022A perfect wonderful escape. Every detail was beautifully managed from the amazing chef Efi and her assistant Maria who made the most wonderful dinners every night for our group. The care and attention from the villa team to make this a special stay was very much appreciated. A magical five days for our friends and family and we will come back for sure. Thank you!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This is a real gem . The villa offers extreme privacy, ample and airy and bedrooms with the most amazing views. We found it very clean and incredibly comfortable. We had everything we could ever need. We felt pampered being there. The location is perfect; very close from a couple of public beaches, shops and restaurants. The private beaches that the villa offers were amazing and we enjoyed every sunset. We could hear the ocean from the property, especially from our rooms and garden where we could do yoga and listen to the sounds of nature. The pictures do not justify this place . The manager was very helpful and professional and even assisted us with a private sunset dinner from a Greek chef at our villa. Highly recommended for a special and luxurious vacation. Excellent value.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Excellent beach property. We have stayed at St nicholas for the last 6 summers for a family holiday and we love it. We leave every time with tears in our eyes. It is perfect to the last detail,we hire a car and only leave the villa for provisions. My youngest loves the beaches by the villa ,he snorkells in the crystal clear waters all day long. It s far better than pictures or videos show ,as they can't show the atmosphere or the sea and nature's aromas. Till next summer-higly recomended.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This place is a gem, a paradise. Spacious and clean with perfect privacy. This was my second stay. Everything you could want or need. This is a beautiful and spacious villa in a perfect location. The big pool was heated 24/7 at 27C ,nice and hot ,(stayed in April) very enjoyable.. The house is located one short walk from nearby tavernas which made it very convenient to walk to shops and restaurants. The owners must have spent a lot of time and effort to provide such facilities and access to the two different beaches by the plot. Views and sunsets are absolutely wowww! We will definitely come back.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed at St Nicholas Beach Villa for a two week family holiday. Eight adults and one young child. The whole experience was fantastic. The staff are really friendly and supportive and ensure that you are well looked after, but discretely so that you stil have a family holiday. The housekeeper is great, the pool is maintained 3 times a week and the garden is well maintained weekly. The supervisor is always available and dealt with the very few problems promptly and effectively. The villa is superb. The rooms are all large, having all five rooms en suite is very useful. The public rooms are spacious. The swimming pool is great, the views are outstanding - the website cannot do them justice. The house is exceptionally well equipped and the variety of spaces to relax both indoors and outdoors ensures privacy as well as family time. Table tennis and pool are provided, as is a sandpit, swings and hammocks. We could have happily never left the premises! The private beaches are fun, and good for snorkelling. A lcoal taverna delivers to the villa and we had two good dinners from them. But make sure you book for the supervisor to cook you a diner; it will be the highlight of your holiday. And book a day on a yacht from your beach as well, This villa was just perfect for us. The local facilities are great; a good supermarket nearby; an excellent restaurant (Pyramid); sandy beaches; boat hire (powerboats, pedalos etc) and cafe. Crazy golf and so on at Pyramid as well, and some of the family went horse riding locally. There are interesting places to visit nearby, and villages such as Kassiopi to visit (by car or boat).

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Amazing place. Spacious, light and surrounded by the sea. Large balconies with stunning views of the Corfu Straits and beautiful sunsets. Two (yes, two!) private beaches ideal for snorkelling / boat trips; large heated pool, gym, jacuzzis, the list of facilities just goes on. Everything is organised to perfection. The nearby area is great for cycling and / or walking, and the Byzantine village of Old Perithea is an essential visit. All in all, brilliant!
