This swanky One Bedroom King Suite villa is decked out with every comfort you could wish for, boasting 5-Star luxury. Inside, your suite retreatboasts a top-notch gourmet kitchen, a full-sized fridge with an ice maker, a gas stove, dishwasher and even a microwave to whip up your culinary creations. Fancy sipping on frozen concoctions or cool coffee drink Then you're in luck, with a Ninja blender and Keurig Coffee Maker! You can dine indoors or soak up the sun outdoors in your private dining area. The villa features soaring ceilings, chic LaZBoy furniture, charming Beach-themed art, and sumptuous high thread count linens and luxury mattresses. With space for up to 6 guests, the villa offers a King Bedroom suite, 2 cozy Twin Hall Bunk Beds, and a snug Queen Sleeper Sofa. Sink into dreamland on the medium-firm, high-quality mattresses in every room. The full bath is accessible from the King Suite and the hall, showcasing a spacious vanity with granite counters and a stunning walk-in shower. Entertainment is covered with TVs in the main living area and King suite, both equipped with smart features and complimentary WIFI internet. Each unit is equipped with a full-sized laundry.

Perched on Indian Bay, this waterfront gem offers Boat Docking (Limited space available so Please Book in Advance), a Fish Cleaning Table, and an Outdoor Grilling Station perfect for al fresco dining. Stroll through the lush grounds to the Bay, take a seat in the sun or swing, and soak in the serene surroundings. Need a lift There's a cargo lift for your convenience for luggage. With only 4 total units in the complex, this cozy spot is the cream of the crop for your Island getaway! Each unit features a private balcony overlooking the serene water and lush grounds, and a front balcony features views to the front of Aloe Bay and fishing rodeo Grounds.

Island Soul Coral Bay Villa is the 2nd-floor North unit (Unit 3) of the Island Soul 4-plex on Indian Bay. These units were just completed in 2023 and are right in the middle of Dauphin Island, close to everything. You are just across the street from the Island Community Center, less than one block to the Dauphin Island Fishing Rodeo and Lighthouse Bakery, as well as many other businesses within walking distance. The public beach is just 1.3 miles away.

**Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
6. Please start dishes and linens before departure.
7. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
8. Although we LOVE our Fur Babies, we don't allow them in our property to keep our units pristine for our guests' enjoyment.

Parking Instructions
Each Unit Can accommodate 2 vehicles, or 1 vehicle and 1 boat trailer if necessary (reservations are required for boats). Extra parking is available just outside the fence for guests.

We’re happy to offer kayaks for you to enjoy during your stay!
Feel free to take them out for a paddle—just remember, use at your own risk.
A few friendly requests:
-Please be courteous to other guests who may also want to use them.
-When you're done, rinse them off and return them to their place so they're ready for the next adventurer. Always store the kayaks face down and tie them off to the storage rack.

    First of all, let me say this is a nice property. The issue we had was we arrived at 3:06pm to a dirty unit, had not been cleaned since the last guests. We sent a message and tried to call the Host as well as attempted to call an alternate person as instructed by the Host’s voicemail. The alternate’s phone number would not go thru. After an hour of no response, I googled the Host’s company and found a number of her co-worker and called him. He said the host was in the office, he would have her call. It took a few more minutes but she finally called, said she would have called sooner but “she was in a meeting.” To her credit, she already had a cleaning service en route but we would have to leave for an hour. The only service recovery offering she made was to “buy us a couple drinks at a local bar.” We were able to return and finally occupy the unit at 5:36 pm. PRO’s: Modern, spacious units for 2, very comfortable bed, cargo lift, outside area amenities, location.CON’s: Poor customer service, an electronic door lock that only worked about half the time, the gas stove had an igniter that constantly clicked when any burner was turned on, constant fight with the hot water, very tight parking spaces. The BIG TURN OFF: The window treatments on the front doors and doors in the back were see through, especially at night, no way to prevent anyone from intentionally or accidentally looking in at you. Will not stay again and cannot reccommend.

    This location is awesome. It’s walking distance from grocery, restaurant and convenience store. The boat dock is perfect for those who want to bring their boat for leisure or fishing. The private decks overlooking the bay are peaceful and spacious. Perfect place for a getaway with family and friends.
