Stayed Dec 31, 1969We were trying to rent the house for coming year for 2 weeks. However we could not come to an agreement with lessor as he was asking for 100 % payment of the rent upfront without giving any securities. This is not a fair and professional and puts 100 % of the risk to the lessee, which is not acceptable !
