The luxurious gem is quietly located on a fenced 30a plot at the end of a private road. Thanks to its corner shape, you enjoy complete privacy with -from every room- a view on the pool.

All the windows are sliding from floor-to-ceiling with automatic shutters. Thanks to the large windows, all rooms bath in light. The fully equipped kitchen in whitemarble with a stainless-steel worktop is an open space with the dining and lounge with TV and table football.

The 4 bedrooms all have sliding windows from top to ceiling to the upper terrace as well as fly screens and a built-in dressing cupboard. The 4 en-suite bathrooms all have a rain shower and washbasin. The master bedroom has on top a separate dressing room and a separate toilet. The bathroom of the master bedroom even has a bath, as well as rain shower and a double washbasin.

In total, there are 3 toilets.

In the activity room you can work out (fitness weights, fitness mat and skipping rope available) and play darts.

Set in the lawn and surrounded by a bankirai terrace and covered summer terrace is the large private swimming pool with steps and a water platform. It is a salt electrolyse pool which measures 12x6m and a depth of 1,6m everywhere.

The swimming pool is heatable on request from May to September with a surplus cost of 20,- Eur per day, minimum 150,-Euro per stay for a basic temperature between 23-26.°C, depending on the month and the time of the day. Pool heating with a requested specific temperature or in March, April or October is at real electricity cost (charged at the end of the stay, with a prepayable amount of 350,- Euro). The pool is not heatable from November until February.

Sunbeds, hammock and lounge chairs are at your disposal. The terrace at the house offers a lounge set and a dining table/chairs. There is also a charcoal BBQ at your disposal.

In the landscaped Mediterranean garden with olive trees and grapevines is a boules court.

This haven of tranquility is located just 4 km from the historic centre of Nîmes, famous for its extraordinary monuments from Roman times with arenas, amphitheatre and the daily covered market at Coupolles Les Halles near the shopping centre within 5 km and the Uzès golf course is just 20km away. This holiday villa is ideally located as a starting point for exploring the Camargue, the Cévennes or a trip to Mont Ventoux.
